"First off, Trinity is incredible. It always takes the experience over the top when service is attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. We ordered Farm Salad, Pork Belly Bites, Deviled eggs. Then moved on to scallops for course two, and then we went with the 2 specials happening that day. Prime Rib 16oz and Pompano Fish -Farm salad- Incredible flavors -Pork belly- very fatty and crispy at the same time with a nice sauce. Overall...I'd say it's rich and you'd need a glass of wine or soda to help cut through the fat -Deviled eggs- wonderful -Scallops- these were the best scallops we had in a long time. Didn't care for the risotto but mostly cause I'm not a risotto person The pompano was delicious and fish cooked to perfection with a wonderful sauce underneath Lastly the prime ribeye was tender and perfect. At first the temperature came out wrong but they immediately fixed it. Both manager and chef checked on us....which...was incredible customer service "

Mac n Cheese wasn't great, everything else. It seemed like with the mac and cheese they were trying to be too fancy, wasn't done in a southern, soul-food, style.

First Timer Dovetails atmosphere and food is absolutely amazing.I had the Blackened Catfish ,farm salad with vinegrette dressing and Carrot Cheese Cake…but before that the appetizer are to die for, as well.

Waiter was kind and very attentive. Food was really delicious. The atmosphere was inviting but not too elitist. Worth going to especially on special occasions. I highly recommend this place. Thank you for the great experience.
