This location is busy, but the staff is the best. Always friendly and fast service.

Very small Dunkin drive thru area and the drinks and items here are way more expensive than any other Dunkin store. The one I usually go to a medium iced coffee is 2.99 here is 3.50… Crazy.

I didn't eat my bagels at Bagelbisse because they were room temperature and I was worried about getting sick from the milk. The hazelnuts and brown sugars were a disappointment. However, my drink was made perfectly. Voir le carte

My order was incorrect when I went through the drive-thru. The employees did not speak English well enough to understand that they made a mistake with my order. I do not plan on using the drive-thru again in the future.

With the nation having a shortage of workers I understand the long wait times but what happened to greeting the customer. My order was ready and waiting after 5 minutes I had to ask one of the 3 workers who had not said a word to me and the other customers who walked in. A small be right with you goes a long way.

Appalling service. I order ahead as I have many times and when I arrived they said they didn't have my order and even though I showed my receipt they refused to fill the order. I'm in total awe. I had to contact corporate to get my money back. I don't know what the hell kind of business this is but I won't be returning. Which is a shame because it was a daily visit for me.

The customer service at this location is horrible. First, you cannot go into the store to place your order. You must wait in a long drive through line. Second, on two occasions strawberry jelly was not available. Third, in place of strawberry jelly that was their fault for not having, they wanted to charge me for syrup. Lastly, I had to pull up to wait even longer for my order of two turkey sausage croissants. This is the worse one I have experienced.

I am writing to inform the public about the consistently poor customer service and mistakes in my orders that I have experienced at Dunkin Donuts located at 13880 Cedar Rd, University Heights, OH 44118. I go to Dunkin Donuts almost every day, and I am a frequent visitor as shown by my Dunkin Donuts perks card. I usually order an extra-large coffee with French vanilla and caramel swirl. However, at least once a week, my order has been incorrect. For instance, today (12.20.21), I ordered an extra-large coffee with French vanilla and caramel swirl but was given one with hazelnut swirl instead.
