Very disappointed.. A waste of $15 For a plain chicken sandwich That just had chicken and bread no tomato no lettuce no sauce..

This is a fantastic spot for Cuban food and desserts. Their artisan guava ice cream and fresh fruits are also outstanding. We will definitely be returning on our next trip to Miami. Food: 5/5

This is the truth. The food was soo good, I almost ended up in the ER. UNBELIEVABLY, how much food they have. The variance is amazing. This is a most go-to place if you are visiting Florida.Food: 5/5

Very discriminating place! If you don’t speak Spanish, absolutely no one is available to take your order. Don’t ask for a manager, NO ONE SPEAKS ENGLISH. English speakers are simply not welcome . The menu is completely in Spanish with no translation. It is clear that you people only serve Hispanics. Everyone else can obviously go to hell. Shame on you people?.

I was eager to try this restaurant last Saturday in the city. When I ordered, I requested a Cuban sandwich in Spanish and then asked what was included in a Miami sandwich in English. The woman taking orders rudely replied, "No Spanish, no service?" I will never return or recommend this place, as their staff is unprofessional. The sandwiches were so unappetizing that we took one bite and threw them in the trash. There are many much better restaurants around Miami. Voir le carte

"Another Cuban/Latin restaurant in Miami. The food was delicious, and the juices were fantastic. Everything was clean, and the presentation of the food was impressive. However, the young woman at the counter was not very welcoming. There was no smile, and it felt as though she just wanted to take my order and move on. Typically, Latin restaurants are known for their friendliness and welcoming atmosphere. I might consider giving it another try when I'm in the area again, but I hope to be served by someone else."

This food lives up to all the hype and this is the reason for the 5 stars. I saw the store front on the side of the road on our way to the Everglades and insisted that we try it. OMG it was amazing. Cafeteria style service, and clean, clean, clean, super fresh and flavorful. The take out containers were heaped with food. I ordered a “completo” with oxtail, yucca and a mixed rice. My husband, a container of lechón and a bag of the most delicious chicharrón. We were blown away. I couldn’t finish and we brought it back to the hotel for dinner. We will be back for juices, sandwiches, and those desserts wow! We sat in a small area outside. I didn’t see any indoor tables.

My wife and I were visiting from out of town, and this place was recommended by an associate. The exchange between us and the employees: Upon entering, we were impressed by the variety of choices HOWEVER we were put off by the rudeness of a few employees of the establishment. To be fair, not all of them were abrasive. All of them seemed reluctant to engage because we didn 't speak Spanish, which was disappointing. The object of any business is to collect US Currency (at least I thought) whether the patron speaks Spanish should be irrelevant.
