"We placed our dinner order for our New Year’s celebration, and even though the restaurant was packed, they attended to me immediately since I had placed my order a day in advance. The food is excellent, and the prices are unbeatable. I suggest arriving before sunset, as the place gets busy, and you might have to wait in line for a bit! There is parking available, but it’s not quite big enough for the number of visitors. I received my food within just five minutes of arriving. The location is fairly easy to find. We love this place for quick, tasty meals in Miami, often opting for takeout or sitting outside. We've tried several items from the menu, and everything has been great. Our favorites include the beef empanadas, ropa vieja, and pressed Cuban sandwiches. Just a heads up: the hot sauces are not for the faint of heart! El Palacio de Los Jugos has been a Miami staple for years, and it’s easy to see why. It’s the ultimate Cuban restaurant with a wide array of traditional dishes available. They have locations all over Miami and are open for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and catering. The food is amazing – we ordered arroz congri, ropa vieja, and plátano maduros for 10-15 people, and it was super affordable and delicious! Check out the photos of our order!"

I was eager to try this restaurant last Saturday in the city. When I ordered, I requested a Cuban sandwich in Spanish and then asked what was included in a Miami sandwich in English. The woman taking orders rudely replied, "No Spanish, no service?" I will never return or recommend this place, as their staff is unprofessional. The sandwiches were so unappetizing that we took one bite and threw them in the trash. There are many much better restaurants around Miami.

My wife and I were visiting from out of town, and this place was recommended by an associate. The exchange between us and the employees: Upon entering, we were impressed by the variety of choices HOWEVER we were put off by the rudeness of a few employees of the establishment. To be fair, not all of them were abrasive. All of them seemed reluctant to engage because we didn 't speak Spanish, which was disappointing. The object of any business is to collect US Currency (at least I thought) whether the patron speaks Spanish should be irrelevant.
