Great food! Future prices with large portions and daily lunch specialties were the crushed beef chimichangas super!. And as always chips and salsa was perfect. If you ever slew in the mood for some great Mexican cuisine definitely there and enjoy!!

The menu itself is a bit overwhelming. It's about 1.5 inches thick! But as soon as you come by, the food itself was prepared quickly and accurately. The entries were prepared with mild spices and additional heat and taste came with tailored sauces and spices. Portion sizes were large and meals were tasteful.

Super accommodating. One person in our group wanted something not on the menu....a taco salad made with fish. He asked the waiter. The waiter said he could have something created, and asked what else he'd want on there. When it came out, our friend was so pleased. Wonderful food and staff.... glad we stopped on our way thru! El Toro has had it's ups and down over the years. But it seems they have finally succeeded In being really good.. This is (in my opinion) the best place to eat in Walton and it's not close. Cancun is better in Crescent springs, but if that's too far out for the way, El Toro is solid. The few things I'd give them bad marks on. If you get nachos they barely put any cheese on them. Even if you ask for extra. Their ground beef has some odd spices. Some like it, some don't.

June 2022; outside dined on the terrace, which is enclosed, so that the little ones do not drain and beautifully illuminated. Once again our meal was exceptional and we will return. The boss Burrito is more than a meal and well filled with meat, the Acapulco plate was again brilliant, added grilled pineapple for an additional change. April 2022; for Tuesday night they were quite busy and slow in service, which is very unusual. Food still excellent, Acapulco dinner was fantastic as well as the Shrimp Tacos. Excellent dinner meal, chicken, shrimp and spinach was great. In any case will come back.

Aug 2022; I've been wanting to try their Tex-Mex Burger, a bit messy but very good. Burger with cheese, diced tomatoes, diced pineapple, shredded lettuce, ham, and fried egg. (Sliced vegetables would have been neater instead of diced). French fries came a bit underdone for my taste, and would have preferred the cheese on side instead of poured over, still very good. Have also posted new menus effective end of July. Very large menus, bit cumbersome to handle. Noticeable price increase on all items, inflation. June 2022; dined outside on the patio, which is enclosed so the little ones won't wander off, and nicely lit. Once again our meal was exceptional and we'll keep returning. The Boss Burri...
