We waited over an hour for our food. Fat Chad's ran out of soup and chicken wings, and it was only 2 PM.

Great place. Friendly staff and owner. Fries are delicious!! Burger was good but over cooked. Would recommend. ?

Saturday 6:30pm we get seated pretty quickly, waitress quickly quickly greeted us then brought us drinks. Then had to spend the next 5 minutes going over what was out of stock on the menus. It would have been more efficient to tell us what was still in stock( pretty much nothing) than out of stock. If you want tuna and a burger with missing ingredients (possibly missing bun) this is the place. Great service , **** poor management. First time visiting will also be last time. Voir le carte

After we sat down they let us know they were out of a myriad of things on their menu including fries, mashed potatoes, pizza and a few appetizers. Our app (Low Country dip) took 50 minutes to come out and when it did the naan was charred black and nearly inedible so I can't judge the dip on that but our entrees were brought out 3 minutes after our appetizer so we moved on to that. The flat iron steak was cooked properly but didn't see one ounce of salt or pepper so it was pretty boring. We ordered green tomatoes to go with our dinner since my wife couldn't get fries and they wouldn't exchange anything else on the menu for fries...they never showed up. Coleslaw out of a GFS box. We visited Fat Chad's on Friday, September 15th, 2023 at 3 pm. Although we made reservations for 2 for my husband's birthday, we didn't need to as it wasn't very busy at first but filled up fast. We were seated promptly and Corey was our very handsome and friendly server. He brought us our drinks immediately, took our order and we were surprised to receive our appetizers right when we returned from the restrooms! The steamed mussels and blackened sweet chili shrimp were beyond compare followed by our choices of flat iron steak and sweet chili wings with blue cheese dressing were perfect! Our appetizer turned out to be the highlight of the meal, along with the root beer on tap. However, the loaded baked potato fell short of expectations, especially considering the extra $2 charge. The open-faced roast beef sandwich was decent, with the beef being quite good. It was served on Jewish rye, which I found a bit unusual; I'm not a huge fan, so it may have affected my enjoyment of the dish. The mixed drink didn't taste quite like I expected based on its description. The French fries were tasty, while the burger was pretty standard.
