Fincher's Barbecue - Carte

We enjoyed it. The servings were big. Meat was good. Beans were good. We didn't care for the slaw. Server was nice and very helpful.

Prepare for leftovers. Food was tasty and BBQ sauce really good. My order for BBQ chicken ended up 1/2 of a whole chicken plus 2 sides and Texas toast. Took all day to eat my lunch. Yummy

It's a good local place to eat, food comes out hot and quick. Folks are nice. Food is a little bland and the Brunswick stew is just straight mush but they have good bbq sauce. Everything else is missing flavor but it doesn't stop people from coming to eat!! Voir le carte

Probably my favorite barbeque sandwich in Macon .. I usually have 2 pigs or a super pig just depends ..fast food just doesn't compare . AMAZING FOOD. The ribs were melting off the bone, baked beans and potato salad were delicious. Staff (owner) was super nice and attentive even though he was taking orders, getting drinks and running food for the entire dining room. So glad we stopped here on our way home. Old school BBQ. Nothing fancy. I had the pork plate with sauce, fries, slaw Brunswick stew. Everything was hot and tasty. My wife had ribs, tossed salad fries. My wife gave me one of her ribs. It was moist, tender an# flavorful. Service was great. Priced right. We had dinner for less than $25. When in Macon, we'll definitely be back.

Ventures barbecue sauce is the only barbecue sauce that has actually been in orbit around the Earth with an astronaut! I can see why someone would want to take pictures in the outer space, because it's out of this world good eating! The staff is very friendly and polite, the counter and restaurant was immaculately clean, and the food was to die for. I would suggest anyone looking for great barbecue to check this place out..

1The sauce is vinegar based, but not so vinegary that it makes you pucker up like you've been sucking on lemons. It had a good flavor. The meat wasn't huge chunks on the sandwich and I liked that. The meat had a good flavor without the sauce also. Really liked the baked beans. Beans were very soft and juicy. They weren't overly sweet. Hubby got the BBQ Plate. His three sides were slaw, Brunswick stew and French fries. The brinswswick stew was okay. It's more finely ground up, but good flavored. You get two buns and a good portion of meat.
