Firehouse Subs - Carte

Amazing service! The restaurant is very clean. The food is incredible! We tried the meatball sub, steak and cheese, and hero subs. All of them were delicious. Apologies for the picture—I couldn't wait to dig in!

These guys make one of the best subs out there. What I enjoy about this Firehouse is the customer service they demonstrate. They treat you like a human being and want to be helpful. Really friendly and genuine team.

The restaurant is quite satisfactory. The meat is of good quality. I ordered a salad but had to remove several pieces that were overly brown and wilted; still, the salad itself was acceptable. My husband ordered a sandwich and found it enjoyable. I can't shake the feeling that the quality of the ingredients has declined since we first started coming here years ago. Unfortunately, this appears to be a common trend in many establishments.

During my most recent visit—which will probably be my last for some time—I had to wait 25 minutes at 11:33, despite the restaurant being relatively empty. When my order was finally ready, it was announced in a rather unenthusiastic way before it was handed to me. To add insult to injury, the sandwich meat was overcooked, and the bread was sticky on the outside and soggy on the inside. Considering the prices they charge, the overall experience just isn’t worth it.

I just had one of the best subs I've ever eaten— and trust me, I eat a lot of subs. I ordered the NY Steamer, which comes with ham and pastrami. It was tender, juicy, and absolutely delicious. The roll was also very fresh and tasty, which isn't always the case at Firehouse. I highly recommend this sub if you visit Firehouse. Just a heads up: they automatically add mustard, mayo, and salad dressing, but I opted for just the mayo. One thing I'd like to see improved is the seating area; it feels a bit dull and too cramped. It's pretty tough to beat a good Firehouse Sub. This location was pretty empty on a Saturday night but still took about 10 minutes to get our 2 small sandwiches to us. Not the end of the world, but certainly not ideal. Friendly staff and a nice plus is the outdoor seating available in front. My wife and I both opted for a small sub tonight and with water to drink, the total came out to just over $11. We also used Bite Squad recently to order from this location and our sandwiches arrived just as requested. Definitely worth stopping in for, especially if you enjoy hot, steamy subs. So good!

I had a free Medium sub as a birthday offer and wow was it great. If you sign up for their rewards, they give you a free medium sub in your birthday (expires 5 days after) and of course I had to try it out. The engineer sub had all the typical sub toppings (lettuce, mayo, some cold cuts) but also had sautéed mushrooms that were delicious and honestly surprised me. The whole grain bread was also great and everything tasted pretty fresh. It did not taste like something they microwaved in the back which seems to be more common these days. Food overall was great! Staff was also super nice and I definitely recommend firehouse subs and especially the engineer sub!

Normally, this is a safe bet but it has gone downhill as of late. The average wait between 11am and 12 noon has been 20-30 minutes, when things aren't busy. The staff don't communicate any delays, and orders can come out somewhat randomly. Which, further causes confusion/concern for those who have been waiting. The most recent visit, which will be my last for some time, saw a 25 minute wait with low traffic at 11:33pm. When my order was ready, it was met with a half-hearted name call and back turn.
