The staff made sure that they verified and helped me try to order it that way, then went ahead and accommodated my order request by working around with an equivalent sandwich order and substituted the new sandwich. It was truly delicious, also. I can always appreciate staff members who go the extra mile for great customer experiences!"

I can't say enough good things about this place. Food is always great. The staff is always friendly. The app is also great. I come at least once a week and will continue to do so.

My food was good, the lady that waited on me was very nice but I noticed one of the young men reach up and scratch his head and then went right back to making the order he was working on….he didn’t wash his hands or change plastic gloves. Just thought that was kindve nasty….it’ll be awhile before I go back. Voir le carte

Was our first time trying Firehouse because of a TMobile deal. Was much better than I was expecting (I'm not typically a big sandwich fan)! The wait was a bit long...about 20 minutes because they were so busy. The workers were all working their tail off, though, and one of the workers threw in a brownie for the wait. That was a nice gesture. I'd go back based on today's experience!
