Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

This is my favorite place for burgers. They are always served hot, delicious, and promptly! The restaurant is consistently clean, and the staff is very friendly!

Freddy's ice cream is the best! I always order the turtle sundae, and I'm never let down. The ice cream is so smooth and creamy; it's like a little piece of heaven in my mouth. The service is consistently fast and friendly, with a warm smile every time.

The chili here is a real hidden gem—definitely opt for it instead of fries. I dined in for lunch, and the price per person was around $10 to $20. I would rate the food and service both at 4 out of 5. Your seasonal Hatch Green Chile Cheeseburger is amazing! Having lived in New Mexico for years, I can confidently say it’s the real thing. Hatch is a small town known for its chile production, and this burger captures the robust flavor of freshly roasted chiles with just the right amount of heat. Thank you for giving me a new favorite!

The food is decent, but it doesn't compensate for the poor management at this location, where the staff seems indifferent to their work. Having experience in the food industry, I find it unacceptable to encounter such subpar customer service and outright disrespect. If I were the owner, I would definitely consider letting the manager go and retraining the employees. Service: Delivery.

Food was a good tasting. slightly greasy frits and onion rings, the meat on the burger is very thin, but cooked for perfection. Buns were fresh and delicious. The frozen custard is very good. We ate in my greatest concern was that the tables were wiped with a dirty bowl and badly striped. Was always our favorite burger place but won't go back. A lot of people behind the counter but no one would even glance at us to take our order. After about 5 minutes, or more, I went to the side and ask someone if I was standing in the right place. I thought maybe registers were down. She said yes but didn't take our order nor did anyone else at that time. After 7 more minutes I was ready to just leave and someone came up and took our order. The burgers were so thin and burnt on the edges that they just came off in crispy pieces. Fries were still great and that is why the 2 stars.

This Freddy's location is the best I have ever visited. Every time I come here the burgers are always hot and fresh and not overcooked as they are at some of the other locations. The special orders on the burgers are seemingly always done right. The cheese curds are hot, tasty and not overcooked. The onion rings are some of the best I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. I wish the Freddy's that is much closer to my home were so good, so consistently. Even though the two drive thru lines are often long, the workers here seem to keep them moving and the food is ready much faster than at some other locations. Voir le carte
