"This Freddy's location is the best I have ever visited. Every time I come here the burgers are always hot and fresh and not overcooked as they are at some of the other locations. The special orders on the burgers are seemingly always done right. The cheese curds are hot, tasty and not overcooked. The onion rings are some of the best I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. I wish the Freddy's that is much closer to my home were so good, so consistently. Even though the two drive thru lines are often long, the workers here seem to keep them moving and the food is ready much faster than at some other locations."

I went through the drive-thru and the person at the window didn't speak to me at all. When I asked for ketchup, he just grunted twice. There was no greeting or thank you—nothing at all. View menu

I'm not sure what happened during my visit. There was a long line that didn't seem to budge, and they even had to close the drive-thru. This was the first time I've ever experienced anything like this. We ended up leaving without getting a chance to eat, as no one was taking orders.

Shiloh Freddy’s is appalling! The service is horrible, staff appear to be annoyed to be working. Food was awful! The person at the drive through window needs to go back to customer service training. Very poor management. The manager Shakita is completely unprofessional and down right rude.

Food was a good tasting. slightly greasy frits and onion rings, the meat on the burger is very thin, but cooked for perfection. Buns were fresh and delicious. The frozen custard is very good. We ate in my greatest concern was that the tables were wiped with a dirty bowl and badly striped. Update, we have visited Freddy's in Ofallon a few weeks later and found the tables to be nice and clean. We enjoyed our lunch and shakes. View menu

Was always our favorite burger place but won't go back. A lot of people behind the counter but no one would even glance at us to take our order. After about 5 minutes, or more, I went to the side and ask someone if I was standing in the right place. I thought maybe registers were down. She said yes but didn't take our order nor did anyone else at that time. After 7 more minutes I was ready to just leave and someone came up and took our order. The burgers were so thin and burnt on the edges that they just came off in crispy pieces. Fries were still great and that is why the 2 stars.

I went through the drive-thru around 10:30 PM and ordered a turtle sundae. I waited about 15 minutes in line with two cars ahead of me. When I reached the window and received my order, I realized the sundae didn’t have the fudge sauce. I asked if this was really a turtle sundae, and they informed me that they had run out of fudge. Why didn’t they mention that when I ordered? They didn’t even offer an alternative or ask if I wanted something else instead, which was really disappointing. Additionally, the cup was messy, with melted ice cream all over the sides, and I had to ask for napkins!
