Some of the best prime rib I've ever had. Trust me, just order it. I could do shots of the au just straight up, just the best rich deep beef flavor and just mouth watering prime rib. Garlic mash were also great.

This is an amazing spot in Forestport! If you enjoy Italian cuisine and are in the area, this is the place to visit! There are plenty of delicious options, the service is super friendly, and it's a fantastic spot to catch up with all your local friends!

Very disappointed! On vacation with my family, reviews online made it sound really good, old school Italian. Scallops were bland and tiny, weirdly sauced, way over priced! They have their issues, but the food is not one of them. Our waitress was very pleasant and the portions are plentiful. If the Italian nachos are on the menu you owe it to yourself to get them. Delicious. I had the Veal Parm with extra cheese. Very good. The sauce is just sweet enough and the veal was done perfectly. And no they did not skimp on the extra cheese. Clam chowder was very creamy and loaded with clam. Very tasty. She had the Shrimp Alfredo. Shrimp were huge, Alfredo was super creamy. Generous portion. Plenty for leftovers. All in all a very pleasant experience.

Looking for a place to eat in the area, there aren't too many options. But the menu looked good. They had a warning sign that they were short staffed and it might take additional time, but it really didn't affect our service. Great server and everything we ate was really tasty. We had the Italian nachos (we are already talking about going back for more) shrimp Alfredo and veal parmigiana. Good sized portions, and we had plenty of leftovers that will feed us for a couple days! We definitely recommend this place, and will be taking others here. Oh! And I had a glass of wine that probably was more like two... no complaints from me on that front!

We didn’t rush to leave, as we were in the middle of our meal and finishing our drinks. Then, Mr. Garramone approached us and told us to go. When we tried to explain that the waitress had thrown the bread, he simply dismissed us, saying he didn’t believe it. We’re not troublemakers; my sister is 74, my girlfriend and I are 68, and my son is 48. I'm a local resident and have been dining at Garramone's for years without any issues. However, my experience tonight was terrible. I was so frustrated with the waitress that I felt like punching her. She was incredibly rude. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but it shouldn't take 45 minutes to receive a meal. When we inquired about the delay, she simply glanced at us and said, "Look around, we're busy." We had been there since 6:00 PM, and by 7:00 PM, we approached the bar to pay for our drinks and salad. Visiting the area from NH (and following a terrible dinner last night at Kratzy's), I looked around for something different. Garramone's was close to my Airbnb, so I gave it a try. As a solo diner, I was seated in the middle of everybody else, but I didn't mind at all, it made for interesting people-watching. My server, Misty, was extremely friendly, super attentive, and incredibly on point. And, it was even her birthday! A local dish intrigued me, Shrimp Riggie, but I'd never heard of it before and decided to give it a try. We only ordered here today because of convenience. We know the food is sub paar. I called after looking at this menu. We ordered a medium with 10 wings and chicken fingers. On this menu, that says Garramones, it is $22.50 for a medium and 10 wings. I said to the young lady taking my order....I would like a medium with 10 wings, that's $22, right?
