Great place to have a group dinner with friends family. The food service are excellent, and they let you be and not hasten up for table rotation. We were a party of 8 and spent 3 hours on sat evening. We all loved it, will visit again. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I had dinner at this restaurant last night and found the food and service to be satisfactory. However, the ambiance was lacking. It felt like sitting in the cramped coach section of a budget airline, with loud noise and tables placed very closely together. This atmosphere did not make for a pleasant dining experience. Overall, not a strong enough reason to return. The service was average, the meal was served for dinner and the price per person ranged from $50 to $100. The food and service received a rating of 3, while the atmosphere was rated a 2.

Called for a reservation three times on two days, left a message and never got a call back. The fourth time, I left a message saying "if I don 't hear from you, in a few hours I will have to call another restaurant. Yep, that 's all I said. The owner called back with a real nasty attitude and said he didn 't appreciate me threatening him and he always answers the voice messages, so I probably never left one. I have never in my life ever had contact with such a rude individual. Never will we go back there again, besides, the food isnt all that good. Voir le carte

I had an incredible dining experience at Gregorios in Chatham, NJ. From the moment we arrived, the exceptional service and warm atmosphere set the tone for an unforgettable evening. The bread and sun-dried tomato and roasted beet salad were the perfect start! Our entrees, the pork Milanese and trofie pasta, were both outstanding. The portions were also generously sized. What truly stood out was the attentive and friendly service that made us feel like honored guests. I can't praise Gregorios enough for delivering a superb dining experience that I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone seeking a delicious Italian meal. Five stars without a doubt!

This was my first time trying Gregorio's and I was so impressed that I immediately made a reservation to dine in later this week. I have been exploring different restaurants in Madison, Chatham, and Florham Park for the past year, and Gregorio's is now in my top 5 out of the 20 places I've tried. I ordered the beet salad and rigatoni sausage, both of which were delicious. The salad was so good that I wished they offered a larger dinner portion with fish to make it a full meal. The rigatoni had a perfect balance of pasta, sausage, and sauce, which has been hard to find since restaurants started cutting back on ingredients due to the pandemic. We were regulars here for years. I recently found a live centipede looking bug enclosed in my takeout order it was probably three inches long. I called to inform the restaurant of the issue and requested a refund. I was told they were busy and “they would call back” by the end of the night. She also said if I didn’t hear back, I should call around closing. Well, I never got a call and when I called them, no one answered. Completely unacceptable response! There was no urgency, no apology, and no intention of ever correcting the situation. They had all of my information and could have (and should have! reached out on their own to fix the issue.
