The service and ambiance is great. However, the food is average at best. My wife and I ordered from the pre-fixed anniversary menu which is practically the same as the regular menu. The lobster bisque is not your typical creamy, light pink soup. It's a thinner soup with ZERO chunks of lobster. Plus it tastes like Sherry. As for the crispy rice and scallops, please revamp how the rice is cooked. 25% of it was inedible because it was so hard. The flourless cake was amazing.

Went to H2O for New Years Eve December 31 2019. I was looking forward to an excellent dining experience. They had a price fix menu that night. Should have been my 1st no go sign. The first and second course meals were weak. Limited choices. The lobster egg rolls were very small. The sushi roll I had was good, also an extra $10.
