It's like enjoying an upscale hibachi dinner at a fraction of the cost!

We eat here a lot. Unfortunately, this evening I ordered the chicken and steak noodles and found a long hair in my food.

What’s up with the beef they’re using? It seems to be cut from the lower-quality parts of the cow. It would be better to skip the beef entirely, as it clearly comes from cheaper cuts. Voir le carte

I visited for the first time and was absolutely impressed! The food was fantastic, and the management team was exceptional. As a nice surprise, I received a complimentary drink and two egg rolls! I will definitely be coming back. The place was also very clean!

Found this place to be mediocre at best. Wasn't very impressed with it, got rice bowl with steak as well as a spicy tuna roll. Spicy tuna roll was just kinda bland. Again, very average place, but probably decent for Midlothian. Won't be back try to anything else.

It's like a classic diner combined with sushi. I loved the little origami hung up as well. The place is pretty nice to get dine out. I dined in, and I got some of the spicy edamame. Which was actually spicy, fair warning. I enjoyed the sushi too, it was fresh, and not to badly priced. Voir le carte

I had a great lunch at Hibachio. The sushi with the Yum Yum sauce was extra fresh and super tasty. The edamame were perfect, and so was the rice bowl with vegetables. The portions are generous and very well-priced. The staff was friendly and attentive. I recommend stopping here if you are in Midlothian. Extra Points: The patio is lovely and adorned with beautiful flowers.

Number one. The fried rice is amazing. The sushi is amazing. The soup is amazing. This place here has been the biggest blessing to Midlothian. Yes. It's NOT cheap, it's quite pricey, A little too pricey, However as a small treat, It'll fill you up, They don't hold back on the amount of rice, sushi, topping, etc. They will give you what you paid for. Overall. Just eat here once. You won't regret it.

Ordered 3 rolls of sushi for the wife and chicken fried rice for my self on a little date night. The host said it would be nearly 25 minutes for the sushi, which we were okay with. I went to the restroom and came back and my chicken fried rice was ready to eat. Now why would I want to eat in front of my hungry wife? Also why would I want my food to wait and cool off for 25 minutes? And why did your staff look at me like the idiot when I asked them to take back the food? They just put it under the window to let it wait. First and Last time going here. By the way, they ask for all tip before you even get the food, NO waiting staff. $60+ for 2 people and a tip.
