the service was totally horrible worst ever dining ive ever had the food was cold order was not right had to seat ourselves and get our own menues...

1 star because 10-15 minutes for a to go order actually takes 50, everyone asks if you've been helped but nobody does anything and bacon reheated by...

During a busy lunch hour, the staff was incredibly friendly and warm, working efficiently as a team. The food was outstanding as well. I'm very grateful for IHOP! Voir le carte

Update: The other half of my order never came out—they lost it. Now I'm having to cancel both orders and seek a refund, which has turned into yet another wait. It's been an hour and a half now.

I ordered the chicken steak with 2 eggs over medium and hash brown. The chicken steak took over half the plate. Very large part. The eggs were made exactly right. But the ash-browns were very boiled. No color and cold. The pancakes were boiled. Dough and fed. The shining star was the waitress.

I walked in and was not greeted by anyone, and after waiting ten minutes, I was finally told to sit wherever I liked. The waitress was friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, the coffee tasted stale and resembled brown water rather than actual black coffee. I usually order the split decision, which had a slightly off flavor but was still acceptable, and the double blueberry pancakes, which were quite good. Voir le carte

We were seated right away and our orders taken promptly. After that, all downhill. We waited over 20 minutes for our food and found out there was nobody in the kitchen. The waitress couldn't be found. She had her children in the restaurant while she was on duty. Once the cook was notified that he had orders to prepare we got our food before much longer. It was good food except the pancakes were a little gooey.

My first time at this particular one.. Our waitress was very Nice.. and she did her job well. However I don't understand why no one was keeping the dinning room clean.... It was several tables that needed tending to... My coworker enjoyed his meal.. my meal was good although it's not what I ordered.. I wanted an omelette I got fried egg that was supposed to pass as an omelette... I do like fried eggs and it had a good taste.. but it wasn't what wanted or was paying for. I really wonder why customers have to ask for real eggs .. you automatically give us eggs out of a carton. Should it not be the other way around. Especially in today's health conscious society...
