We were in the city for the night after a long road trip and wanted to have a nice evening meal. We turned to Yelp for help and read through some great reviews.

The Saxony Ribeye is very very good.. awesome flavor... it melts in your mouth.. best steak I've had in a long time... I've had steak at many places but this is in my top 3..

Ate here recently and the food took almost 90 minutes to reach the table, restaurant was nearly empty and the steak was horribly over salted. Sad because it had a lot of great reviews, I guess it’s new management or ownership? Voir le carte

Mich better than i thought, service was great, waitress was funny, steak was amazing, the staff was nice and let us actually talk to them. I have to say everyone was great. I don't have one thing bad to say. Don't be shocked by the location asI was when I areived the first time. Just go inside and have a friendly seat.

During his visit to Hobbs, he came across this restaurant while looking for a steak. At first, we were a bit doubtful as we arrived at the park, but the reviews were outstanding. I have to say, the restaurant has a very cozy and charming atmosphere, but the real highlight was the FOOD – it was EXCELLENT. Having traveled and worked in various places for ten years, I can't believe I hadn't discovered this gem before, and I truly wish I had!

What a place! Awesome Steak.. had the Saxony 12oz ribeye.. had the grill people grill me up some green chili..as seen it was fabulous and tasty. I 'm sure a lot of locals known this place. Searched on the web for Best Steaks in Hobbs NM ..Saxony popped up number one.. I see why..Owners please don 't change anything! Atompshere is laid back.. went early before 1800..then it started to get busy!. On their web site it 's states reservations recommend.. was single so if you go early you may beat the crowd.. price very reasonable. Will highly recommend the Saxony to all who ask about a good place for a steak. Service was AWESOME! Friendly and knowledge waitress..its worth the Time and Money!! Voir le carte
