The cookies were delicious! However, the wait time was quite frustrating—I had to wait for an hour and a half.

I ordered the 4x4 and the cookies were fantastic—so delicious and soft! I can't wait to order again and try some of the other flavors!

Wow! Absolutely delicious food at a great price. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. If you love cookies, this place has the best desserts in Gainesville, but they also offer other delightful treats!

I ordered a pack of six cookies, and unfortunately, five of them were inedible. They were hard and definitely not warm. All of them were overcooked, especially the macadamia nut and chocolate chunk cookies, which I ended up having to throw away. I'm really disappointed. Voir le carte

Placed my order through doordash. First mistake. Order was given to a POSTMATES delivery driver and hour and a half after placing the order. So I had no way of locating the order and the people that work in the store couldn?t careless with themillions of excuses they gave as to why they had no way of locating the driver. Still waiting on my refund as the order nevercame but the delivery driver claim they delivered it.

I ordered two cookies and a warmed cookie with ice cream on top through DoorDash. Unfortunately, the restaurant was out of the cookies I requested. Instead of reaching out to me to suggest a substitute or to cancel the order, they simply sent me one small cup of vanilla ice cream. I only received a refund for the two cookies, but I believe I should have also been reimbursed for the cookie and ice cream dessert. DoorDash refused to issue a full refund. This is unacceptable and reflects some very strange business practices.

I had never visited Insomnia Cookies as a customer before, but I popped in one day while delivering for Uber Eats to pick up an order. On my way back to the car, another order came in, so I decided to head back inside to grab it. When I walked in, the girl working there smiled and asked if I was back for the other order too. Instead of being frustrated like some might have been, she asked if I wanted a cookie while I waited. I was genuinely pleased! I chose one that sounded delicious, and she handed it to me.
