The red-haired woman at the front was overwhelmed and refused to take any orders. She seemed particularly stressed about a single order of five cookies and was heard using harsh language towards some customers.

Insomnia cookies smells like heaven. The chocolate chunk cookie is my favorite and it goes well with the chocolate ice cream. One thing I do not like about this location is the fact that they almost never have the bite size chocolate chunk cookies. Why offer that on the menu if you never have it!?

We ordered online and instead of contacting us that they were out of one of the cookies we ordered they gave us the wrong cookie. When we called about it the woman told us they were out and rudely rushed us off the phone. Last time I ordered from Insomnia my order never arrived. Not thrilled with their service. Voir le carte

The cookies are fantastic, but Brandon at the UWS location really needs to improve his customer service skills. I discovered a new spot just a couple of blocks away that offers not only delicious cookies but also excellent customer service. With so many choices available, I prefer to go where the staff is friendly!

The cookies are delicious and best enjoyed fresh out of the oven. My personal favorite is the White Chocolate Macadamia cookie. While the prices are a bit high, they are definitely worth it if you have a serious sweet tooth and need to satisfy a craving. A box of six is the perfect way to try a variety of their best offerings. The service is quick and friendly, but just be cautious of getting stuck behind someone new who might not know the names or flavors of the cookies!

I have had several frustrating experiences with my orders placed through Uber Eats at this restaurant. There have been times when my order couldn't be fulfilled due to a lack of inventory, and I received no communication about it. When I did manage to contact them, they simply stated that there was no inventory and offered to substitute items that didn't reflect the value I had paid. Unfortunately, Uber Eats also refuses to address issues regarding delivery and refunds because they are not receiving any communication from the restaurant. Who gets ice cream sandwiches at 1:15 AM? This guy and his wife do! If I could give this place 10 stars, I absolutely would! From the freshly baked cookies that are still warm out of the oven to the incredible staff member—Carl, you're a fantastic addition to the Insomnia Cookies team! It was a true pleasure being served by you, and my wife and I will definitely be back to visit you again! Now, about the cookies and ice cream—WOW! If you find yourself on 79th and Amsterdam Avenue, Insomnia Cookies is a must-visit. And if you're a local, they deliver until 3 AM! This place is definitely Cookie Monster approved!

This location's deliveries are always problematic. This is the 4th screw up so I'm leaving a review because, cmon. First time, ordered online and the cookies took 2.5 hours to arrive. 2nd time, ordered three different types of cookies and they only sent Sugar. Third time, I ordered 6 pack and they sent 5. Called and they said they'd send one but of course it never arrived. Tonight, they got the cookies right but I ordered two milks and they sent a bottle of water. Water with cookies?? The customer service is trash. Better buy in store where you will know upfront what you're getting (or not) and don't waste your money with delivery. My kids love their cookies but with all the cookie shops ope...

I'm on a quest to discover the best cookies in NYC, and I definitely got closer with Insomnia Cookies. They offer the kind of cookies I'm after: soft, chewy, flavorful, and with an incredible variety. I really appreciate their late-night hours, especially for those of us with a sweet tooth who tell ourselves we won’t indulge. However, there is a major downside: their delivery range is quite limited, which undermines the whole point of a late-night cookie service. I found myself just outside their delivery zone, but thankfully I could use Uber Eats. If that option weren’t available, I wouldn’t have been able to get the cookies because there's no way I'm walking around at 11 PM just for sweets... Voir le carte
