Absolutely delicious, but it's a bit far! They're open quite late, especially for a Sunday (until 11 PM), and they answer the phone promptly.

The orange roughy was outstanding. The fish was rich and meaty, cooked to perfection with a delicious fry and seasoning. It's definitely the best fried fish I've had on this side of the bay so far.

The food was fantastic! I picked it up fresh and hot, and the Jumbo Shrimp were crispy and delicious. My brother really enjoyed his four wings, which were also very fresh. I love this place; it's a great spot in our community! Voir le carte

Do you have a seafood plate? Wels was wonderful, Snaper was dry, shrimp, ok enough of him to really say.. a lot about price for what I received (only in my opinion) a good choice would like to try other things, but I am not in a hurry.. Cashier was polite and professional. Establishment was neat..

Great menu selection if not a wee bit confusing. I had the shrimp basket witha piece of cod and fries. Everything was made perfect and I loved the crunchy cornmeal coating on the fish. They missed a star because their bathroom was out of order and how can you NOT wash your hands after such a meal?

Great food. It is made to order so it was hot. The season was perfect for my fish and the shrimps were broken and just kicked right. I had my crispy. My husband had the wings and tore them. The chicken breast was juicy and tasteful. Lots of food for the price. It was our first time here and we are definitely back when we visit Oakland. Voir le carte

I ordered the gumbo carrot cake because I've been a longtime fan of JJ's. However, I've been hearing that the food quality has declined recently. Unfortunately, the gumbo was spoiled and the cake was moldy. I don't know what's going on, but they really need staff who care about the food they serve. It's disappointing to see how far JJ's has fallen.

Food was outstanding service was great. The portions were outstanding more than enough to feed two people. I had the catfish nuggets with fries I got the large. As I stated above it was more than enough for 2 people possibly 3. Not only would I go there again I'd tell my friends about it as well. That picture is my leftovers after eating about 1/3 of it.

We just went to get JJ 's and it didn 't disappoint, except for the mac n cheese. I ordered chicken wings and shrimp with a side of mac n cheese, and my gf ordered hot wings. The wings and shrimp I ordered were hot, crispy, juicy, and awesome! The hot wings weren 't crispy, but a little soggy; the fries were killer! is what my gf said about her meal, but she wouldn 't order it again. I 've never ordered the hot wings here because the original flavor is amazing. Now to the mac n cheese... It tasted like it had lemon zest mixed into the cheese, which made it more tangy than anything else. It was kinda runny and wasn 't really good. I took a couple of bites and she took one before we both agree... Voir le carte
