Wow, what a great restaurant! I love it here. They always have amazing specials, and the staff is top-notch—definitely a 10 out of 10!

Waited in the dining room for about 5 min didn?t say hello or how may I help you was very unprofessional also when you order out you can?t get refills and or t machine is off in the dining area

On March 23, 2022, I rated this restaurant 4 stars. I ordered my appetizers online, but the staff never greeted me or expressed any appreciation, such as saying hello, thanks, or good morning. I'm willing to give it another shot next time. Voir le carte

The worst customer service. The older lady that's blonde provided lots of attitude and rudeness for no reason and got the order incorrect and denied that we ordered something specific. Dirty dining. I hope management provides them with proper training

The restaurant has a clean and relaxed atmosphere, and the staff and patrons are friendly and pleasant. I managed to grab a few tacos, although my preferred dining hours are in the early afternoon, and they close at 9 PM. However, the surrounding area remains lively until 2 AM.

I have been a faithful customer for a long time but lately I've been dealing with workers who are on the drive ???? tru take orders cashier and they are really bad ???? having bad attitude , very poor customer service no patience for customers ,getting mad for nothing or just simple questions regarding the food or combos......... The lady here JACKIE was being really rude through the drive through. Seriously the customer service here needs to be better .. we?ve been to different Jack in the Box the way Jackie treated us here was beyond rude. She was also rushing me to makechoices. Worst service ever! She literally told me to leave and move out of the way. Her attitude is not going to help thisplace.

Outside the restaurant was clean. It was not busy and no excuse for the tables I saw that were dirty or trash on table. Too many transients entering the establishment and hanging around. I ordered tacos. I was not happy to see old brown lettuce when Iopened to look inside my tacos. I picked it out which is something I should not have to be doing. I don?t recommend I willnot be returning.

Recently, wasn't so grand. Order was partially wrong, but not bad because it was a more expensive item, but still a wrong order. Everyone else had wrong orders, too. One person wanted to get fries corrected; it shouldn't have taken more than 5 minutes. Other people had problems too and a bit of waiting during that visit, too. Every other time was spot on and perfect, and friendly. I've made some really cheap app purchases, too. Also not bad. However, my experiences were definitely a lot more positive, so folks, YMMV.
