Actually, don't go after 10:00. All you get is terrible service the wrong order. I contacted the restaurant twice and it's still so bad. Go to whataburger instead of them are so much more beautiful and faster.

Bad! I left with out my lunch because first impression I get was a angry unhappy cashier starting arguing she complained about I didn't not order then bla bla bla imagine angry unhappy people making your foods a this places.

The staff seemed more focused on chatting among themselves and one was on the phone, which caused a 15-minute wait just to take my order. By the time I ordered, my lunch was already sitting there waiting. Overall, the food was decent: 3/5. Voir le carte

10/19/22 9:02am: RUDE STAFF! I waited 15 minutes before anyone said anything to me! When someone did she told me to go through the drive thru!! THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS A JOKE!!! PLEASE HIRE A FRIENDLY ENGLISH SPEAKING STAFF THAT UNDERSTANDS AND SPEAKS ENGLISH!!

Very rude if I must say. Called to check up on a previous application for employment. These where here exact words. Right now I dont have time to check your application call back later some one else can check it, plus we are not hireing any ways. Who is training at this location?

It's crucial for the establishment to implement diversity training to address such unacceptable behavior. If such behavior is overlooked, it will continue unchallenged, potentially leading to problems deeper into adulthood. I have no plans to return nor would I recommend this restaurant to anyone. Horrible Customer Service at This Location. The Wait Was Over 20minutes For 6 Tacos!!! I Couldn’t Even Leave The Line Due To it Being Packed! The Man at The Window With Glasses Was So Rude, i Complained About The Wait and He Proceeded To Ask Me How Many Kids Do I Have? Only to Say i Waited 9 Months to Have Each Kid Why Didn’t I Complain About That. This Place Needs New Employees.

The female employee with long brunette hair working the drive-thru at 7:00 PM was extremely rude. I ordered a Number 4, and she purposely left the fries out and shut the window without a word. You should have a district manager visit the drive-thru as a customer to experience this for themselves. Most recent reviews echo similar concerns about customer service, yet all you do is respond to comments instead of addressing the behavior of your unprofessional employees.

Most incompetent and slow people I have ever met in my life. Showed up for 1 uber eats order with about 3 cars in front of me. I have been sitting here for 35 minutes and counting.. seriously ridiculous.. can barely hear anything from the speaker and the lady was short tempered and rude about not being able to hear her. Never accepting another order here and I suggest other drivers do the same.(Jack in the box commented on this)I tried to report this on the website but this location does not exist under Fort Worth, TXon another note, tried this place again tonight.. 1 car ahead of me.. been sitting here for 30 minutes already.
