The food was delightful and served promptly. It came out hot and fresh. The staff was incredibly friendly.

No shakes tonight : . Didn't know about the shakes till after the fact. Cheesecake great as always . Dasher Presley is awesome.

The prices on the drive thru board are incorrect. When i arrived to pay at the window and was charged 10% more. the rude guy at the window said i dont know what to tell ya! And with a cocky look on his face. This location is one to avoid!

I ordered two croissants with eggs, sausage, and bacon, along with two hash browns and a coffee, and the total came to over $17! What a scam! I certainly won't be returning. It barely deserves two stars; at least I had something to eat, but it was just mediocre. Voir le carte

Supposed to be open 24hrs. I work a 4am, and the only place to get breakfast. The person running the window at this time is the worst...either the machine is updating or I have to wait 2 mins for then to come in from smoking, there is always a problem, allI want once in a great while is a quick breakfast if I don't have time to make it, either way it usually takes forever and everysingle time there is an excuse. The girl at the counter is sloppy slow and has absolutely no motivation for anything.

I wouldn't suggest spending your time or money at this restaurant. There was a day when they were closed because all the staff called out sick. They often run out of popular menu items for weeks, citing delayed shipments as the reason. Currently, their drive-thru speaker is broken, forcing customers to place orders at the second window, which leaves the kitchen struggling to keep up. Meanwhile, there are workers just sitting in the lobby while a line of 15 cars waits to order. When I finally reached the window, all I wanted was a milkshake, but they told me, "We need to clean the machine." The machine was right there and looked perfectly clean. 3.5 stars for the declining quality of meat and the mechanical handling of pre-made food that meets U.S. standards. 4.5 stars for the hardworking staff in a challenging and crowded environment. This particular Jack in the Box has consistently met my expectations. However, I sympathize with the moms working overnight next to a cold drive-thru window, facing what are clearly outdated conditions. The food maintains the consistent quality associated with Jack in the Box. It's worth noting that food quality has generally declined across most fast-food establishments, and overall restaurant costs have increased with a weakened U.S. dollar.
