"The line was long, so we killed time. After coming back, I see why the wait was so long. This place used to be great, but now has lost the groove. Teamwork was not there tonight. Workers playing around not helping each other. The meat on my giant steak was skimpy, just bread at each end of my sub. Tables and floors were a mess. My wife had to clean a table for us to sit and eat. Cleaning bucket left right beside the tea containers. I love Jersey Mike's, but I won't be coming back to this store. I'll try visiting the store at Garner, NC."

My absolute favorite. The staff there is amazing. Especially the mom and son duoVegetarian options: The veggies are freshKid-friendliness: They have little kid sandwiches and kid size cookies, and a kids meal.

This restaurant is fantastic! They've really improved since I last visited. I had tried it a couple of times before and wasn’t impressed; the place was dirty and the food wasn't good. However, now everything has changed for the better. The food is excellent, and I highly recommend giving this place a try!

Food is 4 star, staff zero star. All the employee?s attitude, especially on july 24, 2022 around 320pm, leave a lot to be desired. Labelling each order should be standard when you order several subs, but it is not. And, when I asked them to labeleach order, the employees behind the counter, glared at me with a scowl on their faces like what I was asking was tooinconvenient.
