2 stars because the food and drinks are good but the staff has awful attitudes like everyone has a stick up their you know what for no reason

Its seem to be run by little kids. Trash service. They also do not try to greet you or even clean up SPILLS THAT COME OUT OF THE TRASH CAN!!! Voir le carte

I order from this restaurant frequently, but today the food was terrible. My sister and I ended up throwing our sandwiches away after just two bites. The tuna tasted spoiled, the avocado was overripe and brown, and the juices were incredibly bland. Additionally, they don’t label which juices or sandwiches belong to whom. I believe they need more experienced staff who are less distracted.

Possibly the worst location I’ve been to. Ordered a juice and a tunacado and waited 20 mins for it to come out when there were no other orders ahead of me. One of the workers went to the bathroom for a full 10 minutes and the other was standing around without taking orders and a huge line forming. This may be the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. I ordered a juice and a tunacado and waited 20 minutes for them to arrive, despite there being no other orders ahead of mine. One of the staff members disappeared to the bathroom for a full 10 minutes, while the other just stood around, not taking any orders, which led to a long line forming. When my order finally arrived, I discovered chunks of old carrot at the bottom of my Green Sport juice. I would suggest seriously considering closing this location, as it is quite embarrassing.

I have usually had a good experience at this restaurant in the past, but my most recent visit was disappointing. I discovered a long hair in my sandwich, which raised serious hygiene concerns that need to be addressed with stricter employee guidelines. The avocado sandwich was bland, the tunacado was acceptable, and the spicy tuna was good, though I found a hair in that as well. The condiments were poorly stocked, the bathroom was missing toilet seat covers, and the restaurant was not busy at the time. On a positive note, the juices were tasty. Overall, my experience fell short of expectations and has left me hesitant to return.

I visited the J&theJ restaurant yesterday and was surprised to see one of your young employees wearing a hoodie with a controversial statement. Other customers in line also noticed and commented on it. Is this the kind of representation your company seeks? This employee might benefit from spending a night with the SF Police Department for a different perspective. UPDATE: After voicing my concerns, I received a generic apology and a promise of an investigation. However, I’m left wondering about the outcome of that investigation.
