Loved the avacado sandwich! The bread was slightly extra baked but except that it tasted great

Its seem to be run by little kids. Trash service. They also do not try to greet you or even clean up SPILLS THAT COME OUT OF THE TRASH CAN!!!

$12 for a cup of poorly made açaí warm paste with granola thrown on top no fruit ? Might be it was a mistake but will not be going back at least for food

I came in this morning and had the most sublime cappuccino. The young lady who made it did an excellent job and I just sat there at the counter and drank the entire thing straight away. The pastries I bought as a gift and everybody loved them

The first time I waited my coffee Ave sandwich for 35 minutes... The second time I was there I got a cold coffee... it was supposed to be hot. I asked to warm it up, and the barista answered he wouldn't do it for me. It was 7:45. They still had 15 min of working time. Worst experience ever. $6.60 coffee can't be warmed up !?! Seriously!? Possibly the worst location I’ve been to. Ordered a juice and a tunacado and waited 20 mins for it to come out when there were no other orders ahead of me. One of the workers went to the bathroom for a full 10 minutes and the other was standing around without taking orders and a huge line forming. I ordered a Green Sport juice and it had chunks of leftover carrot on the bottom?? Consider closing this location it’s embarrassing

I walked into your J&theJ store yesterday and was appalled to find your young juicer wearing a ‘F Your Local Police Department’ emblazoned on the back of his red hoodie which customers in line commented on. Does your company want someone like this representing them? This young man should take a ride with SF Police Dept one night.UPDATE: As you can see below then I got the 'we are sorry you didn 't have a good guest experience ' response and 'this will be investigated. ' WTH? Well what happened? From their lack of response one can only assume J&theJ is anti-law enforcement? Shame on this company.

I visited the J&theJ restaurant yesterday and was surprised to see one of your young employees wearing a hoodie with a controversial statement. Other customers in line also noticed and commented on it. Is this the kind of representation your company seeks? This employee might benefit from spending a night with the SF Police Department for a different perspective. UPDATE: After voicing my concerns, I received a generic apology and a promise of an investigation. However, I’m left wondering about the outcome of that investigation.
