We had to look for another place to have a cocktail and have a little after-meal, there being a cocktail menu in the very place we left. In the first shift there were only three tables occupied and, being a weekday, it is hard to believe that in the second shift from 10:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. they were fully occupied. I understand that it would have been appropriate in case there were other diners or on a weekend. Unfortunately, in Mallorca it is becoming common practice to put more effort into attracting new one-off clients than into retaining existing ones. Dining with the countdown takes away from the satisfaction of the experience. It's a shame that lack of flexibility and pandemic-era practices cloud an excellent meal.
