"The quality of food has really declined, and the poor service only adds to the disappointment. The fries were served cold, and my soda was mainly just melted ice. During my last two visits, even when there were only three people ahead of me, it took over 15 minutes to get two orders of fries, two burgers, two drinks, and two malts. There’s no reason for such a long wait. If they’re going to charge for their meals, at the very least they should have staff deliver the food to the tables after seating. Something needs to change; the service is simply unacceptable now! I doubt I'll get a response to this review, as they seem to only reply to five-star ratings. It’s disheartening that they won’t acknowledge their mistakes and work on improving the customer experience."

The burgers are still excellent, but the buns were dry. Unfortunately, this isn't unique to Kewpee; I've encountered the same issue at other fast food spots as well, including McDonald's, Burger King, and Arby's.

The food was fantastic, earning a perfect score of 5, and the service was equally impressive. The atmosphere, while not the main focus for takeout, still deserves recognition with a solid 4. I highly recommend the French fries and burgers. Plus, there’s plenty of free parking available, making pickup a breeze!
