I would have preferred whole chicken wings instead of the wings being cut into sections. I really didn't like that at all!

The food was delicious and served piping hot. The woman at the window was very friendly. I had a wonderful experience overall—thank you!

The poster and signs on the building make it clear that they are open for business. However, when we tried to enter, the door was locked. It’s misleading to advertise your openness if you’re not actually welcoming customers.

This meal is absolutely incredible! The waffles are so good that you won't even need syrup! Definitely get those! Just make sure to order the chicken, not the strips—they don’t look substantial enough for either kids or adults.

My 20$ fill up dinner was just what I needed to remember why I dont like KFC. Chewy over-cooked breading was extremely unappetizing and tasted like burned oil. My order was correct, timely, and the sides were tasty as expected since they require minimal prep, but the chicken left much to be desired in both quality and taste. Voir le carte

We love Kentucky Fried Chicken, but this is the second time we've experienced rudeness at the KFC on University Ave in Lafayette, LA. We waited in the parking lot for over 30 minutes. I plan to inform senior management about this manager's behavior. I doubt this location will last long. The KFC on Kaliste Saloom is much more pleasant.

Went through the drive through. No cars in the parking lot, no customers inside and no other cars in the drive through. The person taking the order was rude, when I reached the window I asked to add a coleslaw and was told No we don 't add stuff at the window! It messes with our times. Then the order was over cooked. Don 't waste your time.

I visited the restaurant tonight and encountered a situation that’s hard to overlook. There was only one employee working, and she seemed on the verge of tears from being overwhelmed. The drive-thru line had ten cars waiting, and there was no manager present—no one else at all to help her. I've never witnessed anything like this before. This employee definitely deserves a raise, and the place needs a serious management overhaul. Attempting to reach management by phone won’t work either; the poor worker mentioned she had been trying to contact them but wasn’t getting any response. It’s just unbelievable. Voir le carte
