"The food had clearly been sitting under the heat lamps for what felt like three days. It's really disappointing that an employee thought it was acceptable to package it up and send it through the drive-thru, especially since we spent $40 on it. When we finally got home, after a long 23-mile drive and an exhausting 11-hour workday, we opened our meal to find shriveled, hard, and petrified chicken tenders that we used to love. I was almost in tears. I tried calling throughout the night, but no one answered, and the voicemail was full, so I couldn't leave a message. I don't want to wish anyone to lose their job, but I believe that the entire team—from management to the cooks and order fillers—should be let go. That meal felt like a theft to me; they took my money by selling me something subpar."

On August 18th, 2023, I visited the drive-thru at Kentucky Fried Chicken and ordered the $20 full box meal. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. We stopped by on our way to New Orleans. When we entered, the dining area had dirty tables and a grimy floor. The cashier was sitting in the dining area on her phone instead of cleaning up. The fountain drinks tasted awful, and the mashed potatoes looked watery. The staff didn't seem welcoming at all. This was our first and last visit.
