Food was phenomenal! The mozzarella logs are the size of a small Pomeranian and are worth every penny! Beer was affordable and large. We enjoyed the atmosphere within the restaurant and the bar even more. We had reservations and they had our table set up and ready. Waitress was prompt and courteous and kept the orders straight and the beer flowing. Meal was served promptly and individual orders were all served at the same time. Very good food at a moderate price. Took a short day trip from Evansville with my date. Food was great. I had the fried fish sandwich and fries. Fish was hot and fresh with lettuce and tomato, condiments on the side. Fries were extra tasty. Crisp but not too crisp and hot. I like ones that are fresh. A bit of a wait but worth it. My wife had a very good sandwich as well with their own chips. She liked them too. Always cold in there. Nice decorations. Always to loud in the reg section. Foods just alright TO ME , but I have family that really like going there, so it's a preference thing! Just not much on the menu I like and steaks are so expensive for my taste. But, it's a popular little spot so if you haven't tried it for yourself don't take my review into consideration. I'm just a very picky eater Staff is great and waiters are on top of it all, but not overbearing. And my child has hearing problems and can't stand loud noises so we stick to quit restaurants which idk why every restaurant isn't kept on the downlow unless you are in the bar section?!
