"Last Tuesday night, I ordered a cheese pizza and some French fries from a restaurant known for being busy, so I expected to wait around 45 minutes. However, after an hour and five minutes, I called to check on my order. A female employee answered and informed me that they were very busy, and my order would be sent out on the next delivery. Since my son was visiting, I asked him to drive up and pick it up since I live just off Kenberma. After 15 minutes, I called him again, only to find that he was still waiting. I decided to call back and ask to speak to the manager. Another female voice answered and repeated how busy they were. I pointed out that it had been an hour and a half, and my food would be cold by now. When I asked if she could do anything, perhaps offer a piece of dessert as a courtesy, she declined and hung up on me. My son arrived shortly after and mentioned he was there to pick up my order, to which she responded rudely about being busy again. He acknowledged their busy status but remarked that it didn't justify the rudeness. Eventually, he brought home the food, which was cold upon arrival, but there was a piece of cheesecake included. Unfortunately, I will never return to this restaurant again."

The team at L Street Pizza is fantastic. The food is delicious, and the service is excellent. Delivery is consistently punctual, often arriving early. A dependable choice in Hull.

This restaurant has an extensive menu with plenty of options beyond pizza, and the staff is exceptionally helpful. They helped us navigate the bus route and even came to our table to remind us when it was about five minutes until departure. On top of that, the food is amazing! I highly recommend it.

I’m very disappointed with L Street Pizza. My receipt was printed at 7:41, and the food arrived at my home by 7:46, which was remarkably fast. However, it felt like my pizza and sub had been sitting at the restaurant for a while before being delivered. The food was barely warm, and since my oven is broken, I couldn’t reheat it. We ordered tonight from L street pizza. They were very busy. I checked my order when I picked it up. The order was incorrect but Maroan I hope I spelled correctly) the owner was quick to correct the order and was very apologetic. If you love Greek-style pan pizza, L Street Pizza is a must-try. The crust is cooked to perfection, with just the right balance of sauce and cheese. The staff is always friendly, which makes the visit even more enjoyable. I also sampled the Chicken Stir Fry sandwich, and it was incredibly tasty. This place has become my favorite whenever I'm nearby. I've ordered pickup and delivery many times, and they've always gotten it right.

If you love Greek-style pan pizza, this restaurant is a must-visit. The crust is perfectly cooked, and they use the ideal amount of sauce and cheese. The staff is always friendly, which adds to the overall experience. I also had the Chicken Stir Fry Sandwich, and it was absolutely delicious. A consulting engagement had me in Hull for a few nights, and I had L Street deliver my dinner 3 times. Great food, delivered fresh, hot, and on time. Their delivery app is not one of the major ones, so delivery charges are more reasonable. Tip your driver, of course. I'll mention the Veggie Burrito, which was well made with lots of good veggies and a generous side of tasty rice, and no sour cream as I requested, and the Popeye's Pesto Pizza, a delicious combo I had never seen before. Give them a try!

Edited 1/8/22: If you're searching for a quick dinner option when you're out of ideas at home, I highly recommend the Baked Haddock with Spanish rice and a side salad. It’s reasonably priced, served in generous portions, and absolutely delicious. ——————————— This place is fantastic for subs and salads. My personal favorite is the tuna salad with balsamic vinegar. The salad is always crisp, and they are generous with the tuna—it's like getting nearly a whole can! Everything tastes incredibly fresh. If you enjoy a lot of mayo, just let them know ahead of time. Another one of my favorite choices is the turkey sub, which is always prepared with fresh ingredients.
