"Had breakfast here 3 days in a row, since our hotel was right next door and my European family is obsessed with American diner breakfast (on our last visit to SF, we ate at the other diner on the same block, but this one is better and cleaner . I have to say, as far as breakfast places go, this one was pretty good! The fresh fruit/yogurt platter was so large I couldn't finish it, and the veggie frittatas were surprisingly fresh and non-greasy. Having fresh-squeezed orange juice on the menu was a huge plus, since so many US places only offer the bottled stuff. The waiters were super-friendly and efficient, remembering all of our orders and special requests effortlessly. One thing to be aware of is that sometimes they include an 18% tip in the bill and sometimes they don't (in which case you need to tell the cashier that you'd like to add a tip."

My wife and I had breakfast there. She had Pecan and banana pancakes a day coffee. I had apple pancakes, orange juice, hot links, and hot tea.

From the pleasant handsome host to Sibel our server, the experience was wonderful. Best homemade corned beef hash. Mushroom eggs Benedict good too. Clean, fast service and great food!

We stopped in for breakfast while we were in town for afew days. The apple pancakes were so good I had them the next day again. Our server Alejandra was brilliant. Overall well worth a visit!

Cafe Mason offers a pleasant dine-in experience. Their Belgian Waffles are gigantic! Strawberries and whipped cream always make them look tasty. The Profiteroles Au Chocolat also make a great treat. Make sure to eat them before the ice cream melts. Voir le carte

This place was recommended by our hotel.They are so welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. The food is superb and the staff amazing. Seeing a group working together getting along and having fun at work is priceless to see. Its one of the things i will take with me from my trip. Thank Cafe Mason. ?

I went alone, and it was a little busy, so they asked if I'd be okay waiting for a small table. I didn't mind, and then about 5 minutes later they offered to sit at the bar. I did, but I wouldn't recommend it for anyone that's heavy set because the seats are on the small side and there's no back. There is a little rail along the bottom to rest your feet on if you're short, though. Didn't have to wait long to order, and the food came out quickly. I got the Reuben sandwich with fries and it was great. Very flavorful, not drybut not dripping, and the bread was delicious. The fries were pretty good too. I did sit for a while without a refill, but that might've been different if I was sitting at...
