Ambience was great. Food was even better! Quality cuisine! I’m a foodie who is well traveled and I’m a tough critic. So me recommending this place is big. Texture of lobster bisque soup was perfect. Not too salty or lumpy. Beef tenderloin was cooked to perfect doneness. Bread pudding with real whipped creams and real pudding made from scratch. Bread for the bread pudding was just perfect not to dry or not to doughy and soggy. This is definitely a great foodie spot.

Have been here serval times, Never disappointing. Our favorites are the scallops, short ribs and creamy scampi for entrees. The Charcuterie board, mixed mushroom flat bread and escargot all have been very nice. On weekends there is usually music but can cause the place to get a little loud. Only complaint is the wait staff seem to have an attitude of get'em in and get'em out. We are old school in the sense that dinner/night out should not be rushed. Don't believe main course should be ordered until the appetizers are finish. Check should not be brought until requested. We got ours right after dessert was delivered.

We were beyond pleased with my birthday experience at Chez Fabien yesterday, August 16, 2022!!! This was our first visit, but not our last!!! The atmosphere is very quaint, yet, elegant! We both chose the Lobster grilled cheese and Lobster Bisque. UNBELIEVABLY tasty!!! The very light toasted sandwich was filled with melted cheese and seafood!!! The bisque was one of the best ever, loaded in flavor. It was so filling we both took 1/2 sandwich home! I also had a very delicious side salad with oranges, strawberries, sweet pecans and more with a maple vinaigrette! Bread Pudding was our chosen dessert that came with dramatic fireworks!
