I absolutely love this place! It's the only spot where I can find double dark chocolate ice cream, which is my favorite!

Firstly, I want to mention that the ice cream is quite tasty, but the portion sizes are fairly small for the price. I was quite disappointed to see only one teenager working despite the large number of customers. I won't be coming back to this place.

Still an amazing place to come get some personalized ice cream. The new remodel has made it clean and bright, and the staff is really nice and friendly. Been coming to this location for years, and honestly I feel like with each year, it gets better andbetter. The staff at Marble Slab Creamery was friendly, and the service was fast. However, I would recommend steering clear of the cookies. It seems that Marble Slab believes coconut belongs in a macadamia nut cookie, which I strongly disagree with. Additionally, the double doosey cookie, consisting of two cookies sandwiched with icing, was quite hard. Overall, I was very disappointed.

I have gone here twice. 1st time I had paper in my ice cream. Waited awhile and thought I would give it another try. 2nd time I went while making my ice cream the girl had to go in the back to get more strawberries and the scoop fell on the floor theother girl next to her picked it up quickly dipped it in the generic rinsing bin and placed it back on the slab. I was shocked. Never go to this place!

If I were rating just the ice cream, it would be 5 STARS. This is undoubtedly my favorite ice cream spot. Unfortunately, the staff consistently come across as unhappy and unhelpful. During our last visit, they ran out of lids and didn’t inform us. This led to my husband receiving an overflowing shake with whipped cream on top, and the staff just stared at us as if it was our fault. When we asked for a lid, they simply shrugged and said they were out. This has been the case during our last few visits, and it's really disappointing. Voir le carte
