"When I thought the world of dessert ice couldn't get any better, in comes Soricha! The drinks were solid and the bing soo was the best I've ever had. Not to mention, the shop is super cute. I got the mugwort matcha latte 50% sweet and it was perfectly lovely! Tbh, I'm not sure what mugwort is, but I think it made the drink taste more earthy? Sweetness level was on point and the presentation with the separated layers was a simple, but great touch. They have a number of bing soo flavors, but I was super happy to see they had hojicha!! If you're unfamiliar, it's a roasted tea that has depth and is kind of nutty. It was this ginormous bowl with loads of toppings that provided the contrast in texture. The various nuts and cereal stayed crunchy the entire time and I was pleasantly surprised to find a layer on the bottom as well! There's a little mound on the top, and that's bc there's a scoop of vanilla ice cream in there. It was a fun surprise, but tbh overkill imo There's also a schmeer of of a thick brown sugar molasses on the bottom. I got less sweet 70%, but next time I'd do less sweet 50%. By far the fanciest bing soo I've ever had with an equally large pricetag lol And as a side note, if you want fruity bing soo, this isn't the place for you. The only negative is this location is in the back of a random shopping plaza. Despite that, all tables were filled during my Saturday afternoon visit on a scorching summer day. Looking forward to returning"

"Kumo is one of the top two sushi spots I have had the pleasure to discover. I am STILL raving about it after visiting over the 2024 New Year weekend. The sashimi is so fresh!! The presentation is creatively and beautifully executed. The staff had mastered the art of being there every time you need them, but not so much as to interfere in the experience. I was so impressed with the tuna, escolar, live scallops, and seared salmon belly (fatty salmon). We also got a spicy crunchy garlic roll that was the best sushi I've ever had!! The price was perfect for what we desired to eat that night, and you could very comfortably afford any experience you are looking to have. It WAS crowded, but once we were promptly seated and presented with our first course, I understood why....fresh, delicious, affordable cuisine and a great atmosphere!!! You MUST visit this hidden gem. You'll thank us and yourself!!!!"

"I went there today after my let down with the Ethiopian place that is next to them. And how glad I am how it all worked out. This place is AMAZING. The 2 lady's that worked today were outstanding and got me all my food and then some, I ordered sesame chicken and broccoli beef and did try their steamed dumplings. The portions were generous and everything tasted fresh and was well seasoned, not bland at all. When I got my food she said she put a little extra in there and when I got home I found soup that I didn't order and let me tell you I am not a fan of soup but I could not stop eating it was just THAT good. I will definitely be back, maybe next time I will try and dine in. Highly recommend"

"Après nous avoir donné uniquement les options de 7h15 ou 7h45, et non de 7h30 comme nous le voulions. Quand nous sommes arrivés pour notre réservation de 7h15, ils nous ont fait attendre une demi-heure. Bien qu'ils se soient excusés, ils ne nous ont pas offert de café gratuit après le dîner ni aucune autre sorte d'excuses tangibles. Ce genre de service n'encourage pas une nouvelle visite. Le reste du service était bon, à part le serveur essayant de suggérer le champagne Dom Pérignon pour 350 $ (il ne nous a pas dit le prix)."

"This was my first and last visit to this restaurant. I ordered the gyro platter, which came without any veggies, soup, and fries. I immediately reached out to express my concern since it was a carryout order. The meat was so dry that it was difficult to eat, and the sweet tea lemonade was unpleasant. The fries were flimsy and excessively greasy. Although they did provide a complimentary order of french fries that were slightly better, it didn’t make up for the overall experience. I asked for extra sauce for the gyro meat, and they wanted to charge me for it. When a customer is dissatisfied, it's important to accommodate them as part of good customer service. The sauce only costs 50 cents, so offering two would have shown good faith and could have helped to improve my experience. Simple gestures like that can go a long way in satisfying customers.
