"We had a lovely experience at Courtney 's Diner! We just moved here (my husband is a TN native and we 're finally 'home ' after my husband got out of the military. We were looking for some Southern, home cooked food that we haven 't had in years. While some of the stuff wasn 't homemade, like the chicken tenders, corn nuggets, chicken sandwich, fries, etc, it was all still decently good. But what was the most amazing thing I ever put in my mouth was- The Chicken Casserole!! I swear I could have eaten a whole casserole dish of it! Haha. The portion size was disappointing, I was given enough for 6 bites but that 's because it was the last of it- we heard the waiter tell the next customers that they just sold their last bit of it, but I 'm hoping next time we visit that I will receive a full portion size. The green beans were also amazing, and the homemade fudge cake with ice cream was super yummy too! We are excited to try their other daily specials! And their prices arent too bad either. But the best part of our experience- the young male waiter was so nice and sweet! Very attentive as well. He even complimented how well behaved our children were before we left and it made our day. We will definitely be back soon! ?"

"Today Los Primos served the Dyllus Elementary kindergarten after seeing the Nutcracker in the Roane State. My granddaughter has been talking about this lunch for weeks! I thought it was pure chaos. However, the staff was so organized with the pre-ordered foods and drinks... of course also chips and salsa. Very impressed by the service and my taco salad. Thanks for making this lunch so special for children, parents, grandparents, teachers. Great work!!!"

"I ordered the Bulldog while my breakfast partner went for the Meat Lovers platter. My Bulldog came with a side of cheesy hash browns, and the Meat Lovers breakfast included toast, eggs, ham, bacon, and bologna instead of sausage. They generously swapped out one sausage for a half piece of bologna, but we opted to pay for a full piece, and it was absolutely worth it. Everything was cooked to perfection. It took me back to my childhood, reminiscent of those Saturday mornings when my mom would serve breakfast. This place truly put a smile on my face, and I’m already telling people that the hour-long drive was worth every minute. As I write this, I see it bustling with locals, which speaks volumes about its consistency and quality. The atmosphere feels like home, and it’s clear that this restaurant embraces its roots with pride. I wholeheartedly recommend stopping by—it's definitely a 10/10 experience! I’m confident that any of my friends and family would enjoy a meal here. I only review the best places, and anything less isn’t worth my time or yours.
