Mario's Italian Restaurant Bar

Three of the three dishes were amazing. The waiter was attentive and friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Super un-assuming spot but dang it's legit and definitely scratch here. The salad was delicious, bread out of sight and chicken della casa was amazing! The lunch special all for 10.99 was criminal how cheap for the quality and quantity!

I had spaghetti and meatballs and was very happy. The sauce was phenomenal and the noodles were perfect. The meatballs were good, but I think I could use a little more pop. The service was really fast though they were super busy and super friendly.

Great food and amazing service. They customized the food our spicy taste (Indian) . We are three families stopped on our way back to Texas from Florida and we are so glad we did stop here. Ladies and Gentlemen… where has Mario’s been on my food radar?!? Literally EVERYTHING we ordered was amazing. The bread was hot, soft and buttery. I had the Ribeye Marsala and my wife had the Lobster Ravioli and both were FULL OF FLAVOR. The portion sizes were generous and the prices were very fair. We will definitely be going back to Mario’s when we’re in Hattiesburg and the craving for great Italian food hits us!

Food was wonderful. I had fried eggplant over noodles with red sauce on the side. Next time will have them put it on sauce was super good. Rolls ahead of time and during meal were super good. They make them on site from scratch. We had an awesome waiter. Abraham was the best waiter have had in a long time will be asking for him when return, which will be soon. If yo like Italian food or not. Highly recommend trying this place out. They do not have mixed drinks. But they do have wine and or beer if you prefer with your meal. Instead of the norm of soft drinks or tea. Thank you Mario's for the wonderful food, and fantastic waiter (Abraham) we will be back.

Oh my! I love pasta! I have traveled to Italy before where pasta originated but this place received an A+ in my grade book! The Chicken Madomia consists of spinach, fresh tomatoes, and broccoli with white wine and alfredo sauce served over angel hair spaghetti is Soooo Good! My waitress made sure that the chicken was grilled (not sautéed) to perfection and placed on top of my pasta! My husband ordered the lasagna which passed his expectations with a good grade! We also ordered the fried cheese sticks that were fried to perfection and not too cheesy! The atmosphere was good on a good evening and we enjoyed the quiet time enjoying great food!
