The bistro is situated in a charming little spot on the second floor, but there was an issue with another patron's salmon dish that required two visits to address. Unfortunately, the manager on duty was not very accommodating. I was quite surprised, especially since the patron had cerebral palsy and had to walk back twice to resolve the issue. The whole situation left me baffled.

This restaurant offers fantastic food, ranging from their soft cookies to their delightful pizzas and sandwiches. The Santa Fe chicken sandwich is absolutely delicious! It's pressed in a panini maker and features avocado, chicken, and melted jack cheese. While they don't serve fries, their side salad and barbecue chips are excellent! Overall, I had a perfect experience with both the food and the staff—definitely a 10/10!

I always order their delicious shrimp arugula salad. It’s delish. BUT…today after eating 1-2 shrimp, I noticed they weren’t cleaned properly. My stomach churned. I proceeded to clean one…then two…then three……gag…gag…gag. That is very careless of the kitchen and absolutely unforgivable for a quality restaurant. I mentioned it to the waitress, and she said she’d mention it to the chef. Wonder whether she did. I’m so disappointed in the Nordstrom Cafe. Voir le carte

THE FOOD HERE IS REALLY GOOD IF YOU CAN CATCH IT OPEN TO SIT DOWN AND ENJOY A MEAL. I HATE THE FACT THAT THE CAFE IS CONSTANTLY CLOSED. EITHER IT DOS NOT OPEN UP FOR THE DAY OR THEY DECIDED TO CLOSE EARLY , LIKE 3 OR 4. I FEEL LIKE IF YOUR BUSINESS HOURS SAY UR OPEN FROM 11AM 6PM THEN THOSE ARE THE HOURS THAT IT SHOULD BE HELD UP TO. SO MANY TIMES I HAVE SEEN PEOPLE GET TURNED AWAY INCLUDING MYSELF BECAUSE A MANGER DECIDED THAT THEY WANT TO GO HOME EALRY AND CLOSES THE CAFE DOWN.

It was frustrating because he was just standing around doing nothing and could have easily assisted me. When I went to the order pick-up area to ask for directions to the women's shoe department, they sent me right back to the same area I had just come from. It seemed clear that the employee didn’t want to help me and treated me as though I didn’t belong there, which made me feel discriminated against. This was particularly upsetting since I had just spent $150 at the store earlier. My experience was far better at Dillard's, where I was treated with much more respect.

Make sure to check your order before leaving. This is round two for this location leaving an item out of my order. However this is the first time I’m bothering myself with leaving a review. Today Annalise left an item out of my order and when I returned upset due to inconvenience, I requested a refund for my inconvenience. She shared that nothing was wrong with the order so technically a refund was warranted. What Annalise instead should have responded in an apologetic tone excusing her actions or mishap. She then proceeded to storm off to the kitchen to gossip about it with her co-workers who stared me down thru kitchen door. Super unprofessional experience today. Voir le carte

I was hoping this place would be similar to the Nordstrom Cafe in DC, but it's more of a bistro and quite different in both atmosphere and menu. I ordered the Santa Fe Chicken Panini, but it was underwhelming at best. The sandwich wasn’t pressed properly; instead, it was just a dry sandwich grilled with overcooked, rubbery chicken that was served cold. I could see some seasoning on it, but I couldn't taste it at all. The bread was just thinly sliced sandwich bread. Overall, I was disappointed.
