My overall experience was fantastic, especially thanks to the young general manager. He was extremely professional and attentive throughout.

I got there a few minutes till close, so it was empty except for workers. My food was ordered in app and was ready to go. Good sandwich, potato salad and tea...

Incredibly slow every single time. Be prepared to give them extra time (15 minutes at times) when you place your order for pickup or delivery through different apps. As for the food, I feel like it's average and overpriced! Voir le carte

I visited this deli for the first time during a not-too-busy lunchtime. I highly recommend trying the club sandwich and Savannah salad—both are must-orders! They were well-prepared, offered generous portions, and were delicious!

DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION!! Order to go for pick up , showed up the and place was a mess. Hardly any customers inside wasn?t like they were busy. Then our Togo order was not only sloppy arrangement but the boxes were dirty filthy with food droppings and stains. Upon getting home to eat we found about a 10? long piece of hair glued to our food from melted cheese! Icing on the cake no one answers the phone to even complain. Horrible service. Normally love McAllister?s too

I'm very disappointed in how dirty this location has gotten. Not only was the restaurant floor and counters dirty but the outside of our to go boxes were covered in the food that was all over the counter (and I have a food allergy). Lastly, there was a long hair in my daughter's food. I would have given them a pass if it was busy but there were only 3 customers in the building. Would have loved to talk to a manager or sent a private message as to not ruin their reputation but couldn't find a way. Voir le carte

Very beautiful place inside and outside. Food is great and delicious, so I recommend it. I had the Cuban and it was very good. The main complaint I would have is that this place on your order takes at least 10 minutes, so it is wise to order before time. Along with what I went there both times, the staff was not the kindness, and they did not seem to work together anymore, so only to do their own things. This caused several times when I saw my food sitting there and the cash registers just did nothing and I had to wait more time than I was in a hurry.

We started off on the wrong foot when they brought us the completely wrong order, which we had to send back. Our appetizers, which were nachos, arrived after our main dishes, so by then they were soggy. I also received honey mustard on my sandwich, even though I had specifically requested it without, making it soggy as well when I went to eat it later. It seemed like they must have run out of the soup we ordered, as we only got about four bites worth. To top it off, even our baked potato was incorrect, despite it being one of the simplest items to get right. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and the service was subpar. I am very disappointed.

Honestly, it's death by a thousand cuts with McAlister's. The service and food has progressively gotten worse over the last year and this is finally it for us.We order McAlister's at least once a week because at the very least, it's delicious when you can actually get the food you ordered.You can always count on this location to forget something not including your pickle. It's an actual miracle if you get the pickle.The picture is tonight's choose two sandwich. It used to be twice this size.They will almost always forget a soup.And it is an act of God to get a refund on anything.
