My overall experience was fantastic, especially thanks to the young general manager. He was extremely professional and attentive throughout.

Incredibly slow every single time. Be prepared to give them extra time (15 minutes at times) when you place your order for pickup or delivery through different apps. As for the food, I feel like it's average and overpriced! Visualizza piatti

DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION!! Order to go for pick up , showed up the and place was a mess. Hardly any customers inside wasn?t like they were busy. Then our Togo order was not only sloppy arrangement but the boxes were dirty filthy with food droppings and stains. Upon getting home to eat we found about a 10? long piece of hair glued to our food from melted cheese! Icing on the cake no one answers the phone to even complain. Horrible service. Normally love McAllister?s too

I'm very disappointed in how dirty this location has gotten. Not only was the restaurant floor and counters dirty but the outside of our to go boxes were covered in the food that was all over the counter (and I have a food allergy). Lastly, there was a long hair in my daughter's food. I would have given them a pass if it was busy but there were only 3 customers in the building. Would have loved to talk to a manager or sent a private message as to not ruin their reputation but couldn't find a way.

Very beautiful place inside and outside. Food is great and delicious, so I recommend it. I had the Cuban and it was very good. The main complaint I would have is that this place on your order takes at least 10 minutes, so it is wise to order before time. Along with what I went there both times, the staff was not the kindness, and they did not seem to work together anymore, so only to do their own things. Love this spot, great sandwiches. Think Jason’s deli, minus the salad bar. We got the nachos plate, the jalapeño turkey crunch and the black angus club (minus horseradish sauce). Every bite was delicious and I didn’t even touch my chips. They have teas for whatever your taste buds, and they can even add fruit flavors to your sodas if asked. As far as atmosphere the walls are just kinda bland, but the service is great, and the food puts the service to shame. Cause it’s that good. You also get a garlic pickle with your sandwich.Parking: Small parking lot, but I rarely see it filled.

First… I really hate giving bad reviews, but here we are. We’ve always come to this location for years… and recently, we have noticed a decline. Yesterday we came in for lunch. First you arrive to the sticky floors… and many working behind the counter, but no one clearing the tables. I used the bathroom which was gross… a black water ring around the toilet bowl. Such a easy task to clean the toilet bowl! I went to the counter with my boyfriend who already ordered and we were waiting on drinks, I watched one female in the food area just combing out her braids with her hands over the food counter. Honestly, it's death by a thousand cuts with McAlister's. The service and food has progressively gotten worse over the last year and this is finally it for us.We order McAlister's at least once a week because at the very least, it's delicious when you can actually get the food you ordered.You can always count on this location to forget something not including your pickle. It's an actual miracle if you get the pickle.The picture is tonight's choose two sandwich. It used to be twice this size.They will almost always forget a soup.And it is an act of God to get a refund on anything.
