I say champion on Mahoning Ave have the best service fast and quick. I dont eat often. The food us always hot and good

By far the worst customer service ever. Not just by one person, but everyone. From the pay window to where you get your food. The workers don’t speak.

I ordered $5 worth of items at this restaurant, only for them to have a broken machine and offer me a cheaper item as a replacement. I ended up waiting 30 minutes for my order. Voir le carte

I would give this restaurant location a 2.5 if I could. The older employees are so nice, however the younger employees are very rude and snooty! Not going to this location again.

Millennium Boulevard and North Rd. McDonald's are the only two I will visit and recommend. South Street and ParkmanRd. are dirty nasty, and don't care about customers. They are getto nastynasty........ Warren,

There was no sugar-free syrup for coffee available. The lady who took our order was rude and didn't say anything when taking our payment - no "have a nice day" or "thank you for your order", just a mean look. The girl at the pick-up window seemed more interested in playing on her phone. Voir le carte

They messed up my order. No surprise accidents happen, but when I drive all the way back from Cortland to have it corrected and I don't even get a sorry, that's terrible management. I had to wait inside for about five min for my food and they didn't even offer any refreshment or anything. Shameful.

15 minutes before close and I showed up. normally you get old fries or grumpy people, but everybody was smiling and I really appreciated that. also they made these fries and they were the most delicious fries I've had in a long time, My favorite fries and I didn't even have to wait that long. The fries were so good that I out loud said mm delicious, I could not control it.

Ordered two quarter pounds, and a fry. Told to pull up, wrong order came out. Went in to just get the correct order, manager loses his mind and pulls the we reserve the right to refuse service. Drive through was not particularly busy, only a couple people were dining in. Don't get fast food often because it is all garbage after all. But this manager didn't even have a name tag and refused to say his name. After reading the reviews and calling the complaint line, on top of being told. Oh we've had multiple complaints about him, GET RID OF HIM. If you want McDonald's go to Champion off Mahoning Ave. Or the one at Elm rd and 46. Voir le carte
