This is the best McDonald's, by far, in the area. They have consistently kept the dining room open and the service is usually pretty decent.

I ordered whipped cream and hot fudge on my McFlurry, which I had to pay extra for, but it was not included. There was an excessive amount of shamrock syrup in the McFlurry and I did not receive the pies I had ordered.

The bacon was undercooked and had to be removed and thrown away. The food arrived cold. I requested for the delivery driver to place the food on the table, but they left it on the ground in front of the door, where bugs could have accessed the bag if I had not been there to retrieve it immediately. Absolutely terrible they forget everything constantly and like to cancel doordash orders that people wait a hour for and then take the phone off to hook so doordash can't het ahold of them this place sucks and everyone of the people on nights is brain dead except the little old lady who gives out the food this McDonald's is a disgrace

too bad negative stars is no option, I would make it for this location. orders are never correct, even if they check it on the loudspeaker and BOTH windows, they do not get what they have ordered. eating is always cold and has been sitting for hours. most employees are rude and/or stone. they don't waste time or money here. tired for dinge pay that I don't get.

this special mcdonalds location, 1872 e stroop rd kettering, ohio, consistently declares that their ice machine is broken at the moment, I only called this place on 2/20/2022 at 10:20 clock to ask them whether it was up and down. they said it was. I immediately drove to this same place to order mcflurry and who said it was in the car it must have broken quickly. I told him I just called and said it actually works. he told me he was the manager, and with a few expletives, the only one who answers the expletive phone! I honestly cannot believe that this company manager hires to talk these wisely about a drive thru and has mcdonald’s not much money to repair an ice machine good enough that cons... Voir le carte
