Mcdonald's - Piatti

I like how my review of one star that I had put up weeks ago is all of a sudden gone...fu mcdonalds.

Always nice staff, and food is always good. Never really have alot of issues with this place, even when we do larger orders.

Getting breakfast from the drive-thru can be a headache, at times. After 9 am you are golden, but prior to that set aside some time to wait in line, for a hot minute.

Absolutely terrible they forget everything constantly and like to cancel doordash orders that people wait a hour for and then take the phone off to hook so doordash can't het ahold of them this place sucks and everyone of the people on nights is brain dead except the little old lady who gives out the food this McDonald's is a disgrace

too bad negative stars is no option, I would make it for this location. orders are never correct, even if they check it on the loudspeaker and BOTH windows, they do not get what they have ordered. eating is always cold and has been sitting for hours. most employees are rude and/or stone. they don't waste time or money here. tired for dinge pay that I don't get.

I just came from the Stroop restaurant drive-thru. 1) person who took the order not only messed it up once but twice. I ordered a double quarter pounder meal WITHOUT CHEESE AND WITH EXTRA ONIONS. What I got was Cheese and NO ONIONS. I admit that yes they were busy but when I got up to the window to get my order, I saw three employees standing around and the manager yelling at one of them for losing a order. If I was the owner, I would have shut the place down and fired the lot of them. For my trouble I got ice cold fries and Chees on my hamburger and I HATE CHEESE ON HAMBURGERS. I guess that I'm going out to Walmart or up to Wilmington from now on.

this special mcdonalds location, 1872 e stroop rd kettering, ohio, consistently declares that their ice machine is broken at the moment, I only called this place on 2/20/2022 at 10:20 clock to ask them whether it was up and down. they said it was. I immediately drove to this same place to order mcflurry and who said it was in the car it must have broken quickly. I told him I just called and said it actually works. he told me he was the manager, and with a few expletives, the only one who answers the expletive phone! I honestly cannot believe that this company manager hires to talk these wisely about a drive thru and has mcdonald’s not much money to repair an ice machine good enough that cons... Visualizza piatti
