Menna's Joint - Carte

Not sure what’s up here, but this food sucks. I loved Conrad’s in EL, I love wraps, and my hopes were high. They messed up the order beyond recognition and the food was garbage. Don’t even bother with Menna’s- make a wrap at home.

I used to really love this place, but the quality, and service have really declined. Food was okay, but it was so slow. Spent half my lunch hour waiting on two dubs with only one person in line in front of me. I hope they can bounce back but I'll be hard pressed to return anytime soon.

Food was ok. Customer service could be much better. The cashier was cool, Cook not so much…. Both need to change gloves frequently! Wash hands more often. One of my favorite sandwiches (known as Dubs) joints in downtown. You can order a Dub or a Dubbie, small or large. They are always amazingly fresh and hot. Even if the Dubs were not good, the atmosphere is worth the journey alone. It's super hippie retro, with this Woodstock Vibe. Heads up the music is always loud, and parking is on a very minimal.

This place used to be awesome, but lately every time I go there, the service is horrible, they always get my order wrong, and they have the music (or whatever pod-cast they're listening to) so loud you can't hear yourself think, so it's no wonder they get the order wrong... they can't even hear what you're ordering. I'm not exaggerating, you have to literally yell. Food is a 10/10 when they get it right. The service is a 2/10. Voir le carte

The quality of the food is satisfactory, but the management is terrible and abusive. Thomas appears to verbally mistreat his staff to the extent that they break down and cry in front of customers. While I may miss the food, I will not be returning due to the poor management. I hope the employees are in a safe environment and find better work opportunities. I cannot support a place that causes such distress to its employees during their shifts.

My friend and I decided to keep it casual even though the restaurant had a lot of Grub Hub orders. Our food was ready in less than 20 minutes! The customer service was excellent and the two workers behind the counter were efficient. They both wore masks and the cleanliness was acceptable, although it wouldn't hurt for them to wear hair nets. The prices were very reasonable and the food quality was excellent, albeit a bit oily depending on the dish. We will definitely be returning!

My first and last time at this restaurant, but my review is based 100% on what was ordered: one chicken gyro and one lamb gyro. I gave it 2 stars because it was hot and edible. The fries were more like breakfast potatoes served in a cup, not your typical fries. The closest thing to authenticity in the gyro was the store-bought tzatziki sauce. The gyro lacked pita, with lettuce as filler that was neither complimentary nor tasty, served on a tortilla which felt sacrilegious. Overall, I ate it because I was drunk, stoned, and hungry.
