"The service was extremely friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious! The group I was with particularly enjoyed the poutine appetizer. Every cocktail we ordered was fantastic too. For my main course, I had the lemon risotto, and it was outstanding—far better than I anticipated, making for some excellent leftovers. All the desserts were delightful as well! On the night we visited, there were some amazing specials, including duck breast, which my companions said was really tasty."

"We typically order from this restaurant a few times each month and usually don’t encounter many issues, aside from the occasional forgotten extra dressing. However, this time was a disaster! The pizza was burnt and hard to eat, and the wings were almost entirely devoid of sauce, despite our request for extra lemon pepper sauce. It’s outrageous that we spent over $58 on this meal. I would give this a one-star rating, but the delivery was prompt."

"Best subs in town. Very convenient that they have an app for ordering online. I would suggest either using the app or calling your order in a head and then just running in to pick up the sub because there is not much room to stand around and wait if you order after you get there. When busy, parking can be a little dicey, so you might need to walk a bit. The subs are definitely better quality than what you will find at Subway or Jersey Mike's or any other sub shop I've found in Plattsburgh. The only other sub shop in Plattsburgh I can recommend would be Lashways on South Catherine Street, but I think zooks is just a little bit better."

"We came for Mothers Day Brunch. I was very excited as I've heard great things about Irises brunch, but the entire experience was so-so. As we walked up, there was a woman sauntering with her kids taking up the entire sidewalk at a snails pace so I walked past her to check us in with the host, which offended her so she was loudly complaining about me to her disorderly children. The host couldn't find our reservation so someone helped her and we were seated, where we sat without any server for 30 minutes. Finally someone noticed us and asked the host within earshot to find us a server, and eventually a server came over very friendly and apologetic. We were starving at this point after driving an hour and a half to get to the restaurant, so we ordered everything at once. Some was delicious, some was so-so. The server took our drinks off the bill, which was nice of him. My mother in law adored the server which was a saving grace. Overall unimpressed but will try again and look forward to a better experience because I hear great things and it was a busy day for their staff."

"If you had asked me 1 day ago I would have given them 5 stars. I loved going here. Today I ordered food through the slice app which I have used many times before. I didn’t get my food. When I called they told me where they brought the food and it was the incorrect address, they went to a road with the same name in a different zip code. The girl on the phone told me that it was my fault for not answering my phone and if I wanted the food still it would be over an hour and a half before they would get it to me (I had already been waiting 2 hours). I asked for a refund and she said “fine” and hung up on me. When I got my “refund” I got $29 of the $74 I sent. I called again and they said since they tried to deliver they were not refunding me more then half. I finally said I wasn’t paying $45 for food I never received and a phone call that left me so upset. As I said I use to love Giuseppe’s and was made to feel like I was to blame for them going to the wrong address. It felt awful. After calling again the app said they would refund me because when they called Giuseppe’s the girl on the phone told them it was “my fault” for giving them the wrong address (I did not I’ve had them deliver to my home many times before). I never leave bad reviews ever I am just so upset and can’t believe a restaurant would try and change me $45 for food I never got. It is just unacceptable. I am thoroughly disappointed that I won’t be eating at Giuseppe’s’s anymore."
