The bonus of Ayce, with just a nominal charge added to your meal, is a pleasant surprise.On the positive side, the menu offers a diverse range of items, including pastrami and smoked salmon. However, the downside emerges in the meat quality. I opted for the pastrami, but it resembled more of a thinly sliced roast beef sandwich one might find at a subway. I anticipated a robust, thick stack of pastrami to tantalize my taste buds and satisfy my hunger, but it left me with a rather indifferent impression--especially considering the price point.I encourage the management to personally experience their sandwiches and reconsider their expectations for a top-tier deli. Striving for excellence in the pastrami department could elevate the overall dining experience. Despite this setback, I remain optimistic and will grant Mike and Mel Deli another chance in the future."

Had a wonderful day yesterday eating at this place. Zaid was super informative on the menu and even held the door open for me on the way out. Some of the best hospitality I’ve experienced. Hope to come back here in the near future.

Way overpriced! $20 for a French dip in Fulton? Are you serious? The quirky decor here doesn’t justify the cost, especially when the sandwich—though quite large—is just way too salty. Even the gas station above the parking lot offers better food for less!

The food is excellent, and the service can be outstanding. I particularly enjoy the matzo ball soup and the Reuben sandwich. The desserts are delightful as well. They also have a great breakfast; the blind (possibly a typo for "blintzes") are delicious, and the pancakes are enormous! Voir le carte

The sandwiches are quite large, but my wife's sandwich was cut incorrectly and ended up being very chewy. The prices are on the higher side—my sandwich was big enough for two meals at $24, which feels a bit excessive. However, the next day it made for a perfect lunch. The menu is extensive, and the baked goods looked appealing.

Being a regular customer who enjoys the food quality and welcoming staff, I am disappointed on how they dealt with my order coming out wrong (in a way that damaged the experience and grossed me out). I got big pieces of bacon mixed with my fries and I cannot eat pork. I didn’t realize it until over half way through my meal. When I reported it to my waiter and his manager saying it grosses me, the answer was simply that they will tell the kitchen to be careful. As a regular guest I expect better dealing with my complaint.
