I went to get rodeo tickets, and the man there was the rudest I’ve ever encountered. He doesn’t deserve any customers. He seems to think that because he’s been there for 18 years, it gives him the right to be rude. Not with my money!

This little hidden gem of a restaurant is the REAL DEAL!!! The food is absolutely delicious! I often find myself craving the black-eyed peas and wish I could buy a big pot of it to enjoy all week long. You can really feel and taste the authenticity!

I had a hankering for a decent shrimp Po' boy sandwich and I've found one at a affordable price to boot. For $11 you get the sandwich and a side. The sandwich was on a soft roll as it should be. All too often it's found on sourdough which isn't the same experience. I elected to have the black eyed peas which were good. I elected not to opt for coke slaw as it was on the sandwich. They were out of potato salad. I didn't want fries. So black eyed peas it was and I was happy. Can't say I ever ordered them before but it was a nice accompanying dish. It was small though. Taken with a coke this meal filled me up. I'll be back! Give it a try. They please to order. Make sure you allow time for them... Voir le carte
