"Overall meh. The service was way too slow. Server was attentive at first and very kind, but seemed “in the weeds” when it was seemingly slow. Had to remind her a few times of things we ordered and hadn’t yet received. Empty cocktails, wine, Empty water glasses too often. Apps were great, KFC Bao, Spicy fried chicken, dumplings, edamame, seaweed salad. Bbq items were just okay. Veggies had 0 seasoning, just raw veggies. We waited on the rice and Ssam for way way too long. Had the meat and veggies long before. So it wasn’t a cohesive meal. Accompaniments were much too small to actually be shared between the 2-3 people it recommended. We’d try upstairs if we ever decide to go back. But not downstairs again, now do we feel the need to go again."

Poor service, food was underspiced and really quite bland. Music was very loud, making conversation difficult.

The Korean fried chicken is to die for. The eggplant, dumplings, and pork ssam are also highly recommended. Great cocktails, too.

We sat at the bar and Hide the bartender was entertaining and engaging. The Butcher Board and the Korean Fried Chicken were delicious. Voir le carte

Took an hour to get our drinks, another hour for food...way overpriced. I got the spring grain bowl $16 for a lot of fluff...drink was good but was snatched before I could finish it. Unimpressed won’t be back.

We sat at the bar. It took 45 mins for an appetizer and then explained that there was only 1 person in the kitchen (which could have been helpful to know in advance). Luckily I was with good company and we weren’t in a rush but the people next to us left before they got their food.

I lived in Korea for a year over 15 years ago. N to Tail brought me back. Although I didn 't order it, my husband 's Bibimbap was amazing. My braised short rib was perfection. My oldest 's KFC (Korean Fried Chicken) was excellent. My youngest 's black bean noodles mandu were tasty. We left dinner properly stuffed and satisfied. We 'll definitely be back! Voir le carte

We went during the week and it was very quiet but according to the staff, its quite busy on weekends. I can tell this will be a great Saturday night out experience; authentic Korean BBQ with a nice presentation. Food quality appeared very high and the staff was friendly. Only complaints is are the price and speed of service. The bill for 2 people was about 140 (for one of the BBQ platters). Also the service was very slow.

Anniversary dinner with my wife. Rainy Thursday evening, very few fellow diners. Sat at the bar, and had amazing service from our bartender, who also was an opera singer originally from Japan. He was amazingly helpful, as we navigated the small plates from the fusion menu. Everything, everything, was delicious favorites were fried chicken, eggplant, and toro sushi. Also did a Sake tasting, which was excellent. Spent about two hours, never rushed, very pleasant. Such an excellent evening.

"A Portland Classic! Bruno's has been a staple for Italian Food! Hadn't been in years, so it seemed to be a perfect choice after a Bob Marley show. 9pm on a Wednesday night and the owners were on site as always. We were seated immediately and our server was right there. We ordered drinks and some Fried Calamari and Mozzarella Pomodoro for appetizers to share. The apps came out very quickly but our server was wanting us to order our entrees immediately. We accommodated and ordered dinner, but asked him not to fire them too quickly . Our salads were out in minutes, I asked him again to slow it down. The homemade dressings we chose (Blue Cheese and Poppy Seed) were wonderful. Unfortunately we only had 2 bites before our dinner was at the table. So we skipped eating our apps. We had a few bites of salad and then jumped into our dinners: Ravioli Verde and Chicken Marsala. The in-house made ravioli with a super silky ricotta filling and perfect sage butter was amazing. I wanted to hold each piece on my tongue just to celebrate the flavor. The Chicken Marasala was so tender and piled high with mushrooms and just the right amount of sauce. But just as we started enjoying our meals, we already had take out boxes on the table. Our server was definitely in a hurry .... we finished our entrees, boxed up our apps and I quickly asked for 2 cannolis to go. The check was on the table so fast that we were uncomfortable, so we took our boxes and left. THAT IS WHEN THE LIGHTBULB WENT OFF..... our server should have told us that the kitchen closes at 9:30 Had we known, we would have just had a drink and an app. The food is AMAZING but I dislike being hurried."
