Literally the funniest staff. Came late at night with a few freinds and they filled the water over and over because we kept getting it lol. They were hella freindly too shout out to them

I waited in the drive-thru for 30 minutes. When I reached the window, they informed me that their frozen drink machine was not working. No apologies or solutions were given. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Excellent for everything except for the wait times (I was literally the only one there and waited over 10 minutes in the drive thru) and it's really hard to justify the price because there is so much competition now with high quality comparable items for much less money.

This restaurant provides excellent takeout options with a diverse menu. The prices are reasonable for the quality of the food, averaging between $10-20 per person. The food is delicious and the service is impeccable. The atmosphere of the restaurant is also top-notch, making it a great dining experience overall.

We used to enjoy Oberweis ice cream and sundaes, but upon returning after a 5-year absence, we found that the restaurant seemed to be run by young employees who were not very focused on customer service. I appreciate high-quality ingredients, but the service at this restaurant varies among staff members. The person in the black uniform, who I assume is the manager, seemed preoccupied and did not welcome me or inquire about my reward membership. They took my order and left before I could present my card. However, a young girl in a red uniform approached the next customer with a friendly and proactive attitude, asking if they were a rewards member. This kind of individual interaction truly makes a difference in the overall dining experience.

I never thought it would be possible to hate an Oberweis location, but I've had nothing but problems with this Roosevelt Road, GE location. I've tried going through the drive thru and the kid mocked me through the intercom as he apparently couldn't understand what I was saying. Another clerk interrupted his mocking and explained that she understood me perfectly. The next time I went in to avoid the intercom problem and they lost my order. I gave them one last chance today and received a milk shake that was as runny as milk. I am done with this location.

Oberweis ice cream, for me, is synonymous with value. When it comes to ice cream shops, Oberweis truly stands out as a place where you get more bang for your buck. Their generous servings are not only delicious but also an excellent value for the price you pay. If you 're an ice cream enthusiast looking for a satisfying treat that won 't break the bank, this is the place to be. However, it 's worth noting that the staff at Oberweis falls into the moderately helpful category. While they may not go above and beyond to make your experience exceptional, they do an adequate job of serving customers.
